The Andhra University, Visakhapatnam is expected to announce the counselling schedule for admission to the varsity through the Andhra University Common Entrance Test (AUCET). The state-level entrance exam was successfully conducted from October 13 to October 15 and the results have also been declared on October 21, 2020. Students can download their rank cards and according to the rank secured, merit lists will be released where qualified students will have to attend the counselling session on the mentioned date and time.

The counselling schedule will be conducted in three phases, first the first round expected to commence from next week onwards. The varsity has declared the results and students have been ranked according to the marks secured in AUCET 2020.

Students will have to attend the counselling session on the given date and time as on failing to do so, the seat will be offered to the next candidate in the list. Students are required to bring  their documents to verify and the admission fee to complete the admission process.

Documents Required for Counselling

Students are required to bring the following documents to the counselling session which are as follows:

AUCET-2020 Rank Card & Hall Ticket (Admit Card)

Degree / Provisional Pass Certificate.

Consolidated Marks statement of the Qualifying Examination

Transfer and Conduct Certificate from the institution where the candidate last studied.

Migration Certificate (for other Universities)

Date of Birth Certificate (SSC/Matriculation or equivalent Certificate

Intermediate original certificate

Study Certificates for the last seven years ending with the qualifying examination or Residence Certificate for the preceding seven years of the qualifying examination.

Integrated Community Certificate issued by the competent authority in case of SC/ST/BC/EWS/ Minority candidates

Discharge certificate and service certificate of the parent in case of children of armed personnel.

Physical fitness certificate from an Assistant Civil Surgeon

One set of Photostat copies of all the above certificates
