Central University of Rajasthan to officially conduct CUCET 2020, not NTA

Rumours have been put to an end on whether the National Testing Agency will be conducting this year's CUCET.

The consortium of Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) has put an end to all the reports and ongoing rumours of which body will conduct this year’s CUCET. The Central University of Rajasthan will conduct the 2020 CUCET. As per reports going around, the National Testing Agency (NTA) was likely to host this year’s CUCET, however, it is the Central University of Rajasthan that will be conducting CUCET 2020.

The CUCET 2020 dates have been released and the admission process will commence with the online registration and filling up of the CUCET 2020 application forms which will begin from March 16, 2020 onwards. However, candidates must note that the CUCET for UG and PG courses are different than CUCET RP Programmes.  Candidates can take a look at the CUCET 2020 schedule.

CUCET Exam Dates for UI & PG	23-May-2020 and 24-May-2020	The CUCET 2020 exam dates will be conducted or UG and PG programmes on the mentioned dates.
CUCET Exam Date RP Programme	30-May-2020 and 31-May-2020	The exam dates for RP programme are mentioned, which are different than UG and PG.
Answer Key Upload UG and PG Programme	25-May-2020	The answer key will be released online.
Answer Key Upload for RP Programme	1-Jun-2020	The answer key for CUCET RP Programme will be released on the mentioned date.
Corrected Answer Key, if any (UG & PG Programme)	1-Jun-2020	In case there is any mistake in the first answer key, a corrected one will be released.
CUCET Result Declaration	24-Jun-2020	The CUCET results will be declared online.

The national-level entrance test will be conducted on May 23 and 24, 2020 for UG and PG courses whereas for RP Programmes, CUCET will be conducted on May 30 and 31, 2020.

For the 2020 academic session, new participating universities have joined the list to offer students admission through CUCET. A total of 15 central universities, 4 state universities and one NIT will offer admission to candidates in undergraduate, postgraduate and RP Programmes.
