WHO is inviting people to take up a free coronavirus course. Candidates, who will successfully complete the course will be given certificates as well.
The novel coronavirus ruptured the economy by creating health emergencies all over the world. The global population is at a standstill. With lockdown going on all around the globe, schools are shut, exams are postponed, classes are deferred and millions of students are forced to study from home. The contagious COVID-19 virus took the world by storm with the rising number of cases. While corporates, MNCs and businesses are being operated from home, medical institutions are working day and night to bring relief to the Covid-19 patients. Back-breaking efforts are being made by researchers, educationists and scientists to find an effective vaccine or a drug against the deadly virus.
While scientists and researchers are giving their hundred per cent to understand the nature of the virus in order to come up with a solution to control its spread, World Health Organisation (WHO) started an online course for everyone. The course will help people understand the contagion that fractured the global health and economic graph in one go. WHO is inviting people to take up a free coronavirus course. Candidates, who will successfully complete the course will be given certificates as well.
WHO Coronavirus Course Online: Steps to enroll
- Visit the official website of the course i.e. https://www.who.int/emergencies/diseases/novel-coronavirus-2019/training/online-training
- Select the module of your interest, such as Standard precautions: Hand hygiene, Introduction to Go. Data Field data collection, chains of transmission and contact follow-up, etc.
- Click on the link that reads ‘access to the training’.
- After clicking on ‘access to the training’, click on ‘enrol me’.
- Fill the login details and register yourself
Free Coronavirus Course by WHO: Duration
The duration may vary from module-to-module, which is not less than one hour.
WHO COVID-19 Course: Certification
Candidates who will be able to score more than 80 per cent will be certified for the course.
