The NEST 2020 counselling dates have been announced. Check the latest schedule and how to complete the online counselling session.

The National Entrance Screening Test (NEST) admission portal is now open at the NISER (National Institute of Science Education and Research), Bhubaneswar and University of Mumbai – Department of Atomic Energy Centre for Excellence in Basic Sciences (UM-DAE-CEBS). The counselling dates have been announced and the admission process commenced from October 15, 2020, onwards and will continue till October 30, 2020. The admission process schedule for the two institutes differ as NISER will also conduct a second round of admission, which will commence from November 2, 2020, onwards.

Qualified candidates will be sent an Expression of Interest (EOI) for joining NISER and for UM-DAE-CEBS, the candidate will have to complete the admission process by uploading their documents.

For NISER, the last date to fil and submit the EOI letter is till October 20, 2020. Candidates who fail to submit the EOI, will miss out on the chance to secure admission at NISER. The first round of admission will commence from October 22, 2020, onwards and candidates will have to upload their documents through the link provided in the sent email. An email will be sent to the top 200 candidates on the merit list. The payment window will be available online from October 27 to October 30, 2020.
