- Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.): Doctor of Philosophy or PhD is a doctorate-level degree that a candidate can pursue after M.Ed. It is a 3-year duration course. To pursue PhD, the candidate must have an M.Ed or MA, or M.Phil degree with a minimum of 55% marks.
