Jai Narain Vyas University (JVNU) conducted the Pre Teacher Education Test (PTET) 2010-2011 for those who wanted to seek admission in its B.Ed courses. The results of its second round have been declared today - on April 21, 2011!

Online Counseling Schedule for PTET 2011

The official website of PTET 2011 has also declared its online counseling schedule:

  • Final Result for PTET can be expected by 28th September, 2011.
  • Registration for Counseling will start by 28th September, 2011 at 3 p.m. and will continue till 10 p.m. on 10th October, 2011. The candidates will have to indicate and confirm their choices and preferences within that duration.
  • Seat Allotment Result for PTET 2011 will be declared by 14th October, 2011.
  • The candidates will have to deposit fees from 15th October, 2011 to 23rd October, 2011 and report at the allotted institute from 18th October, 2011 to 25th October, 2011.

PTET 2010 Cutoffs of First Round

In the first round, PTET 2010 cutoffs were as follows:

PTET 2010 Cutoffs of Second Round

In the second round, PTET 2010 cutoffs are as follows:

B.Ed. (Science)          All candidates were selected
B.Ed. (Commerce)     All candidates were selected


Reserved Seats for Candidates of Mada and Saharia area

  • 60 seats are reserved for women candidates of Mada area in Princess B.Ed College.
  • 25 seats are reserved for candidates of Saharia area in Bharat Mata TT College as well as Swami Vivekanand College of TT and Research

Other colleges too have reserved seats for SC, ST, PH students as well as widows and dependents of defense personnel.
