Sharda University Declared Best Private University

Sharda University, established as a state private university in Greater Noida through the U.P. State Legislative Act in 2009 and approved by UGC, is the only multi-discipline campus spread over 63 acres with an impressive infrastructure.
Sharda University, an institute of excellence, inspiring value-based education, research and development, was recognized and awarded as the ‘Best Private University' at the recently held Indian Education Awards 2011.

Indian Education Awards 2011 were organized by Franchise India. The awards were a part of the two-day National Convention on Education - the Next Leap at Hotel Claridges, Suraj Kund. Present at this platform were country's best educational brains, managers and thought leaders from the government, investment and the private sector.

Amidst discussion and sessions on every aspect of education from elementary, secondary to higher and distance learning education, the Indian Education Awards 2011 were presented in a wide range of categories by the panel of experts comprising the Indian Education Congress 2011. Sharda University was recognized as the ‘Best Private University' for its outstanding and continuous efforts in providing quality education to students coming from not only different part of India but also from other countries.
