UPTET 2014
Conducted by Uttar Pradesh government, Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test is taken by aspirants seeking to become a teacher in any Uttar Pradesh government run school or in privately managed and privately operated schools in the state.
The exam is scheduled to be conducted on February 22 and 23, 2014 and the last date for online applications is January 6. For the next 7 days after January 6, students will get an opportunity to edit applications in case if any emergence of error.
Eligibility:
- Aspirants must possess a graduation and a post-graduation along with B.Ed degree.
Exam pattern:
This 150-marks exam is spread over the following sections (Junior and senior schools):
- Child nutrition: 30 questions of one mark each
- Comprehensions: 30 questions of one mark each
- Hindi grammar: 30 questions of one mark each
- Language replaced by essay this year: 60 questions of one mark each
