At the undergraduate level, Allahabad University offers a three-year BCA programme in the field of Software and IT. Candidates must have taken the CUET UG test conducted by NTA in order to be considered for admission to the BCA programme at Allahabad University. A three-year, full-time BCA curriculum in the general and self-financed modes is available from Allahabad University. Divided into six semesters and three years, students must have finished their Class 12 in the Science or Commerce stream to be eligible for this course. The student must have taken Mathematics, Statistics, IT, CS, or Information Science as one of their Class 12 subjects if they graduated from a recognised board without Science or Commerce streams. It was nice college for UP east. Education level is awesome and also infra is next level

Placements: Here almost 50 percent students are placed in my college and highest package offer 6.40 LPA and top recruiters are TCS , Wipro, IBM, Accenture, Naggaro, etc. Here many students got internship also and after that also got full time employment. Top roles some students got are in Wipro, Deloitte and many more companies.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is awesome in my college like- fully A.C. classrooms, lab facilities, library facilities available fully Wi-Fi campus. Hostel is also good. AC and non AC rooms available and also Wi-Fi in hostel. Food are average like other hostels.

Faculty: All the teachers are well qualified and experienced and also well knowledgeable and teaching quality is awesome. This course is also industry helpful and also this course makes students ready for industry and also for your career. Semester exam difficulty is average, exam can be cracked easily by students.

Other: This course is helpful for career that's why I chose this course. This course also improves your lifestyle and this college provides scholarship. Extracurricular activities happen every year.

Good staff and management with beautiful nature.

Placements: Around 2 Percent of people in my batch got placement on campus with package like 3 LPA and 4 LPA. Companies coming to the college campus can change time to time. Internship opportunities are given in the college at the time of holidays. Junior assistant, assistant, etc. are the top roles offered.

Infrastructure: In the college, you can access the library, lab, Wi-Fi, and, of course, safe drinking water. In the class you get facilities of smart classes and ACs. In the hostels, you can get AC and non-AC rooms (based on price), and of course the quality of the mess food is average.

Faculty: Some teachers are helpful and some are not, but it totally depends on the behavior or relation you have towards the teachers in the end. Course curriculum is good, and you can grab the job with these courses too. Semester exams are medium to hard (depends on the subject). .

My college life and Me at Allahabad.

Placements: My batch was quite good and the students were good in programming but there were not many campus placement options here at my time. But now they have tied up with MNIT so we can hope for better future placements.

Infrastructure: Allahabad University is very old so much of its infrastructure is of very old times but they renovated it very well and added more buildings with newer and better technology. I forgot to mention but my college also has multiple grounds and each of them is pretty big.

Faculty: The curriculum at my time was pretty outdated and they used to conduct exams mostly every 16-17 days and covered the semester in 2.5 months. But they have updated the syllabus now for newer batches and the exam pressure as of now is quite well. Also, the labs are good.

Other: I chose BCA because of my computer and tech background but I am not so good in coding and other stuff. However, college life is pretty decent regular fest and other circular activities happen regularly.

Placements: In my college, students place about 95% in any courses. At this time, the average package offered is decent. Some top companies like TCS, Accenture, and Wipro are coming and getting better percentages. Students get internships from related courses in Wipro, Accenture, etc.

Infrastructure: Yes, in my department, Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, libraries, and many more facilities are provided. Many sports clubs are available, and there are also gym classes in the hostel. Food in the hostel is healthy and delicious. Every day the food is changed. Canteens are also available in my hostel.

Faculty: The teaching quality of my college is excellent and better than other colleges in the city. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant. Teachers are always helpful for students. Semester exams are very tough, but students face their semester exams very well and score better percentages.

Other: We choose this course to learn computer skills in a sufficient balance. In my course, you can gain a lot of skills and experiences. We focus on improving ahead and addressing mistakes in the course. Many events are hosted, and scholarships are also provided.

Placements: There is no placement provided by the college. There is no help given by the college for doing internships. There are no recruiting companies coming to college. No students get internships from the college. Students must look for on-campus employment. There is only one for the BCA course.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is average. The BCA campus has good infrastructure. The computer lab is air-conditioned. There is a facility for parking but they charge for parking. There are sports games available for students. There is no Wi-Fi for students.

Faculty: Teachers are well qualified; they teach the concepts in the best way. The notes are best for understanding the concepts. Teachers are friendly. Teachers have huge knowledge of subjects; they are well-qualified teachers. 75 percent attendance is a must in college.

Placements: The college is very good; actually, this course will be launched in 2021. The highest salary package opened here is 20 lacs, the minimum salary package for a deer is 5 lacs, and the average salary package is 7 lacs. There is great opportunity for internships.

Infrastructure: There is well-maintained infrastructure available in our course and department. There is free campus Wi-Fi; there are 2 labs and one library in each department; the quality and facilities in the hostel are good. Medical facilities were provided and there was no scope for sports or games.

Faculty: Teachers were very helpful; they helped in many ways, whether it was related to course doubts or any career guidance. The teaching quality is so good; the semester exams are really so tough and the past percentage is low. Study hard to score a good percentage for a better future.
