TANATA 2025: Exam Dates, Application Form, Eligibility, Syllabus, Results

Tamil Nadu Aptitude Test in Architecture (TANATA) will be held only for the vacant/lapsed seats of BArch degree programmes that fall under the Management and Government Quota. Government Quota seats at Anna University are filled based on the marks obtained in the 12th standard exam and NATA. Further, the management and government quota lapsed seats are filled based on the marks obtained in the 12th standard exam and NATA. The remaining vacant seats will then be filled based on the marks acquired in the 12th standard exam and the JEE Main Paper 2 exam. After this round, if any seats go vacant, they will be filled based on the marks obtained in the 12th standard exam and marks acquired in TANATA.

TANATA 2025 application form will be released online. To participate in the admission process, the candidates will have to fill out and submit the TANATA application form 2025 before the final date, which will be announced soon. Before TANATA 2025 registration, the candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria. While filling out the application form, the candidates will have to provide their personal, academic and contact details. The application fee has to be paid online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card. 

TANATA 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates will be required to meet the following eligibility criteria for TANATA 2025.

• Candidates should have secured 50% marks in the 12th standard or equivalent examination with Mathematics as one of the subjects.
• Should have acquired a 10+3 Diploma (any stream) recognized by the Central/State Government with 50% aggregate marks in Mathematics.
• Should have an International Baccalaureate Diploma passed after 10 years of Schooling with 50% marks in aggregate and with Mathematics as a compulsory subject of examination.
• TANATA 2025 scores will be valid for the period of the academic session 2025-26 only.

The official TANATA syllabus 2025 will be released soon online. Through the syllabus of TANATA 2025, the candidates will be able to check the subjects and topics that they will have to study for the entrance examination. TANATA syllabus consists of topics from Mathematics, General Aptitude and Drawing. Having prior knowledge of the TANATA syllabus will allow the candidates to know which topics to expect in the question paper and accordingly prepare for it so that they will have higher chances of securing good marks.

TANATA 2025 exam pattern will be prepared and released online. Through the exam pattern of TANATA 2025, the candidates will be able to know the details regarding how the authorities will set the paper and other important examination-related details. Through the admit card of TANATA 2025, the candidates will be able to check important information such as the examination date, timings, centre address, guidelines and more. While reporting at the exam centre, the candidates will have to produce their TANATA admit card and identity proof. Without these documents, the candidates will not be allowed to attempt the entrance examination.

The authorities will prepare and release the TANATA 2025 answer key, tentatively a few days after the examination concludes. Through the TANATA answer key 2025, the candidates will be able to check the correct answers to the question paper. Using the answer key, the candidates will be able to calculate the probable scores secured in the entrance examination before the results are declared. To make the calculation, the candidates will have to follow the official marking scheme.

TANATA result 2025 date will be announced soon. The candidates will be able to access the scores and ranks obtained in the exam through the result of TANATA 2025.
