Little information about Assam Down Town University .
Placements: Students are placed at this university with salaries like 2 LPA and 4 LPA. Psychology students get internships every semester in many organizations, including wellness homes and rehabilitation centers. Clinical psychologist positions are also available. As a psychology student, I mostly want to focus on my course and a career related to it, so I don't sit for company placements. I only have a limited idea about placements.
Infrastructure: The university offers Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, a drinking water facility, a canteen, a library, vending machines, playgrounds, clubs for different co-curricular activities, a campus bazaar to sell products, and a small pharmacy with sanitary pads for women.
Faculty: Teachers have good teaching skills, are good at mentorship, guide students, and take responsibility. Semester exams are not too difficult if you are familiar with the topics. You just need to be thorough and understand them.
Other: Attitude fest is hosted every year .

All about ADTU (Student POV).
Placements: ADTU is known to be the largest placement-driven university in the whole of Northeast, and it delivers on it by having a 90% placement percentage, with the highest package of 12 Lacs and an average placement of 4.5 Lacs. Various companies come, like Apollo Hospital, Amazon, Flipkart, etc. More than 5000+ job offers were offered last year.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is pretty good, having a central library with tons of books regarding the course, regional language books, etc. Labs are well-equipped with machines that help us in our practical knowledge and in doing our practicals. Personally, I was in PG in my starting years and later I took rent. So, I have no idea regarding hostel food and other hostel stuff. But according to my friend who took the hostel, the food is pretty decent, but there are restrictions on going out for girls in the hostel. The canteen in our college provides tasty food at an affordable price, but it's always very crowded, which is a negative point. There is also a pharmacy available in the college for medical aid for students. There are various clubs for sports and games, and the college conducts various sports competitions like cricket, football, etc.
Faculty: Personally, for my course, Bachelor of Pharmacy, teachers are very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. There are more than 20 teachers in our Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences. The teaching quality of the teachers is top-notch in the B. Pharma course. The course curriculum is very relevant, as it's a multidisciplinary course, and students gain knowledge about various fields. We were also aided by our sir and did our internship training in the Signova industry, where we learned a lot about tablet production and SOPs of various pharmaceutical machines. The semester exams are mild in terms of difficulty for me, but it could vary from person to person. The pass percentage for B. Pharma is above 50%.
Other: I enrolled in this college for my Bachelor of Pharmacy in 2021, and I chose this course because the subjects taught in the course are very much liked by me, and I wanted to do a course related to medical science. Also, one of my big brothers, whom I look up to, studied in the same college and was doing a Master's at the time of my admission. The best thing about my course is that it gives us a wide spectrum of opportunities for future jobs and research fields. The Wi-Fi network of the college for students could improve a lot, and the lack of canteen facilities makes it very difficult to eat in the canteen. A big fest is held, where famous singers and other entertainers come to the college during February-March. The campus surroundings are rich with greenery and are very beautiful. Various extracurricular activities, ranging from photography clubs to cricket and football competitions, happen in the college. Since I got 90% in 12th standards, I got an in-house scholarship from Downtown Education for the last two semesters, which is 1.6 Lacs.

Really good infrastructure and facilities in ADTU.
Placements: Some students got a 24 LPA package, some got 12 LPA, and some got at least a 7–10 LPA package. Top recruiting companies are Infosys and Cosco, etc. Many students got internships in big companies for our course, and there are some who got into other companies.
Infrastructure: The facilities are good, and the infrastructure is also perfect. There is Wi-Fi connectivity, labs are provided, and we can access the library. The hostels are good. The canteen food is also good. There is no issue for the hostellers; they get more privileges because they can access free Wi-Fi 24/7.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful. They support us and help us to achieve greater heights of knowledge without difficulties. They encourage us to participate in any activities that are related to our improvement, whether it is study-related or extracurricular-related.
Other: I chose this course because my course, B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering with a specialization in Cloud Technology and Information Security, is a special course that will help me achieve my job and goal easily.
