B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2027
3.4

Absolutely dissatisfied because of the faculty.
Placements: In our batch, about 85% of students were placed. The highest package offered was 25 LPA, the lowest was 4 LPA, and the average stood at 10 LPA. Top recruiters included TCS, Infosys, Microsoft, and Amazon. Around 70% of students secured internships in companies like Deloitte, Wipro, and Google. The top roles offered were software developer, data analyst, consultant, and system engineer. The placement and internship opportunities reflected the strong industry connections and skill-oriented training provided throughout the course.
Infrastructure: The hostel facilities were decent, offering well-maintained rooms with basic amenities like beds, study tables, and Wi-Fi, though connectivity issues occurred at times. The mess provided balanced meals, though food quality and taste varied, while the canteen served as a good alternative for snacks and beverages. Medical facilities included a basic health center and periodic doctor visits, with tie-ups for emergencies. Sports facilities were commendable, with courts for basketball, badminton, cricket grounds, and a gymnasium, promoting physical well-being and recreation. Overall, the amenities were satisfactory with minor areas for improvement.
Faculty: The teachers, though qualified, were often approachable but lacked the enthusiasm to engage students effectively. The teaching quality leaned heavily on theoretical knowledge, with limited practical applications. The curriculum felt outdated and disconnected from current industry trends, leaving students underprepared for real-world challenges. Semester exams were unnecessarily rigid, testing rote memorization rather than understanding, making them challenging to clear. The pass percentage hovered around 60%, indicating a lack of adequate support for struggling students. Overall, the course lacked relevance and effective teaching methodologies.
Other: Teachers were not good.

B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2027

University campus and infrastructure is good but the placement rate is not satisfying.
Placements: About 40-50% of students actually get placed here. The highest package is 13 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA, and the average package is 7 LPA. Companies that hire from this college include Google, Infosys, TATA motors, and Flipkart. The majority of students who get internships are in B. Tech in private companies such as TATA and Infosys. B. Tech is offered in CSE and other branches such as BCA, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc. IT, and more.
Infrastructure: The university has a Wi-Fi campus with a strong connection, labs with computers and other required electronic devices, and a well-managed library with a good selection of books. The hostels are good but a bit costly compared to the facilities they provide. The food is delicious, but sometimes the options are limited and tasteless. Medical facilities are also available on campus, including a dental hospital. Sports and games are popular activities, such as badminton, cricket, kho-kho, and kabaddi.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful and well qualified also have very good knowledge of particular subject and interest. The courses and studies are very good and curriculum are relevant. The semester is exam is overall moderate to tough range maximum students pass out the exam few got back in few subjects.
Other: The teaching methodology and facilities can be improved. There are many events and festivals on campus. The campus is crowded but well maintained. It is easy to get to because it is right on the Lucknow-Faizabad highway. There is a mall called Crown Mall right across from the university. Scholarships cover 50-55% of tuition.

B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2027

This college is best for someone who just wants to enjoy a good college life.
Placements: The students with CGPA less than 6 aren't allowed to sit in placements. Most of the average packages offered to the majority are 3 - 3.5 LPA, with some exceptions of packages more than 5 LPA. TCS is the mass recruiter. Students rarely get any internship offered by the college.
Infrastructure: The college has enough facilities to cover the syllabus, and the infrastructure offered to Engineering School is the best the college can offer. The library and labs are as good as they can be, but still, they feel average. The classrooms offered to every school are just ordinary; sometimes, they remind you of your school. Hostel and food offered by them are just average.
Faculty: Teachers in the faculty are qualified and they are helpful when you try to do anything on your own. Not everyone helps, but most faculty help. Since the syllabus of the entire B.Tech course is outdated, the answer to this is no. Still, the college is trying to get students some skills during placement training. The exams aren't too tough; they are easy to handle with a little help from anywhere.

The curriculum aims to make students industry-ready by incorporating input from industry experts and providing opportunities for internships and practical training. The semester exams are considered to be moderately difficult. They require a good understanding of the subject matter but are not overly challenging. The pass percentage at BBDU is quite high, with more than 94% of students passing their exams.
Other: I chose this course because it aligns with my interests and career goals. Review of BCA course in BBDU, college life, and infrastructure.
Placements: -I don't know the exact data about placement, but I guess like 60 to 65 percent of students get placed. - The average package of BCA in BBDU is about 3 to 4 lacs per annum. - Companies like TCS, Wipro, and HCL are some of the top recruiting companies in BBDU. - Top roles like web developer, coders, interface designers, and many more are offered by our BCA course.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are quite decent, but other infrastructure of the university and college is pretty good, and our university has a total of 3 canteens and one small Nescafe canteen, which makes a total of 4 canteens, and it has hostels, an auditorium, a stadium, a gym, a basketball court, a tennis court, and many more things.
Faculty: Faculty members are very good and quiet, and they are also too knowledgeable, but you have to build a good relationship between a faculty member and a student because that matters a lot, as your faculty can do many things, and he has some numbers also, which are added in sem end exams. Semester-end exams are decent and quite average. If you have studied a bit, you can pass the exams.
Other: See, nowadays a technical course like BCA is more popular, so you have a good opportunity to do that, and if you are from Lucknow or somewhere near Lucknow, then you can no doubt take the BCA course in BBDU, as it gives everything from college life to studies, everything. There are many events also in our university campus, which is also big, about 100 acres.

Average students can join this college.
Placements: I am currently pursuing B.Tech in computer science with a specialization in AI. I don't know much about recruitment and placements but the information I gathered is that a very low percentage of placements in BBDU. Chances are very low for average students.
Infrastructure:
Faculty: Exams are not very disciplined because students cheat in front of the faculty. Our faculty members are average. Some teachers have good knowledge, and some have book, Google, or PDF knowledge. Semester exams are quite hard. I don't have the real experience right now. The B.Tech course for the 1st year includes chemistry and electrical, which is just a waste in software engineering. I don't think that they are useful for our future needs. There is no time for PG students or students living away from family after attending classes from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Other: I have seen alumni meet for pass-out students. There are no events and fests for the first-year students. We haven't got the freshers and any chances of events till now.
