A semester with a lot of exams for a lot of courses.

Placements: In agriculture, higher studies are proffered. So most of the students are aspiring to get a good rank in JRF for M.Sc. Our college students are all the same. Other students  get jobs in private companies (fertilisers, pesticides, etc.) and IBPS afo, IBPS Clerk and so on. It is up to the student how hard he or she works.

It is a small but sweet campus with good placements, quality knowledge, and a friendly campus.

Placements: About 20% of students got placement in our course and the rest of the students want to go for either higher studies or government jobs. The average salary package is near about Rs. 20,000 per month but it varies. Top recruiting companies are Bayer, Syngenta, Tata, UPL, Dhanuka, Indofil, etc., which are mainly pesticide companies. There was no internship associated with our course but a 6-month rural experiential program was there in which we all participated and it was also included in our cours...

Average university. Not worth the hype it gets.

Placements: We are not offered any placement. Although there is a placement cell. Our university is the only proper agriculture university in our state, so despite the fact that there is no guarantee for any job. It’s still in demand as agriculture is considered to be a course where people can easily land a job.

I am moderately satisfied because of placements but nice environment as it is rural area.

Placements: Around 40 students are enrolled in a batch. The campus placement is not provided. Students generally take JRF to pursue further studies. It's a state university and 4-year program. The top role is to become a professor or give competitive exams such as DHO.

Placements: 20% of students were placed in my course. Average salary 25k/month. Top recruiting companies are Tata chemicals, Coromandel. Others got jobs in Bank as AFO, ADA. Most of the seniors are doing M.Sc. and Ph.D. because they prefer government jobs rather than private jobs.

If you are interested in research, then this is the best field for you.

Placements: None of the students from our batch got placed in any company. All we did is that appeared in various all India exams like GATE, CAT and secured good percentile in both. Many of us also prepare for government job exams like CHSL, RRB and CGL. Many of the students cracked those exams are doing a job there.

It is a good university, but there are no placements.

Placements: There are no placements at all in our department, and our college provides very poor campus placements. Placements were conducted around 7 years ago, and after that, placements have not been conducted at all. Our university does not invite companies and also doesn't provide internships.

Various other companies also offered placement opportunities to the students. But the placement cell is closed now, and they aren't offering any placement opportunities now.
