Admission process for the MBA programme at Bodoland University (BU):

Eligibility:

• Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's Degree of a minimum 3 years duration from any recognised university with at least 50% marks in aggregate (or equivalent grade) is required. Relaxation of 5% marks may be applicable for SC/ST candidates.
• Entrance Exam: All applicants must appear for an entrance test conducted by Bodoland University. Alternatively, candidates with a score of 75 percentile or above in CAT/MAT/GMAT/XAT are exempted from the university entrance exam and can directly proceed to the next stages.

Selection Process:

1. Application: Submit the online application form through the university website within the stipulated deadline. The application fee needs to be paid during this stage.
2. Entrance Exam (if applicable): Appear for the university entrance exam if you haven't scored the required percentile in the aforementioned alternative exams.
3. Shortlisting: Based on the entrance exam scores (or alternative exam scores), a shortlist of candidates will be prepared for the further selection process.
4. Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI): Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) to assess their communication skills, personality, suitability for the program, and motivation.
5. Merit List and Admission: A final merit list will be prepared based on the combined weightage of entrance exam scores (or alternative exam scores), GD performance, and PI performance. Selected candidates will be offered admission based on their rank in the merit list.

Bodoland University selects candidates for MBA programme based on their entrance-exam score. The university conducts an entrance test for MBA admission.
