Placements: Well, job opportunities in electrical engineering are generally very low unless you consider PSUs which don't hire directly. So, the placement percentage in our branch is quite low which is close to 17%. The highest salary offered was Rs. 30,000 per month while the lowest was Rs. 10,000 per month. We have a placement cell in the college, and the type of job opportunities it can pull for electrical engineering students is non-core jobs.
Placements: The placement record of our college is 70-80%. Companies like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, L&T, and Alstom, etc., visited our campus for placements. Our senior batch students were also offered placement opportunities, but we had better placements than our senior batch as many new companies have visited the college to hire the students of our batch.
Placements: We have a dedicated placement department called TPC cell. Many reputed MNCs like Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra, LNT, Wipro, Zeus Learning, etc., visited the campus for placements. TPC cell ensures that every skilled student will get their dream job or at least a good job. So placements are the best thing about this college.
Placements: According to my view, placements in the college in the last year and this year are very good. Every year, several big IT companies visit the college to recruit most of the students. Many companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro, etc., visit the college for the mass recruitment of students. The college has a dedicated department for conducting the placements, which is called training and placement cell.
Placements: Placements in our college were superb. Owing to the huge number of colleges under GTU, and the huge batch size, placements have been historically an issue. The average salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. Around 50% of the batch was placed. The highest salary package offered was 7 LPA. The lowest salary was Rs. 50,000 per annum. Companies visiting the campus were L&T, Atul, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Godrej and Boyce. Roles offered were mostly technical like design, automation, coding and mechanical...
Placements: Placements in the college of my field are quite low. Last year, more than 80% of the students got placed in the campus placements, and most of them had decent packages. Companies like Infosys and Bajaj visit the campus for placements. Merchant Navy also visit the college and hire the students with the very good package. Overall, I'm much impressed with the placements in the college.
Placements: Almost 60% of the students get placed. Only a few students get placed as most of the students go for the higher studies. The college offers courses like B.Sc., and the college also offers courses related to the IT sectors like M.Sc. It is difficult for the college to provide placement opportunities for all the students as all students opt for higher studies.
Placements: The placements in our college are good because more than 50 companies visit the campus to offer placements. Lots of students are selected in the companies like Infosys, Tech Mahindra and L&T. I suggest students join this college.
Placements: Only certain companies visit the campus for placements, and that depends upon which stream you have taken in B.Sc. But almost all students do not go for campus interview as B.Sc is just a first step towards your career. So after completing B.Sc, students do M.Sc in a different college.
Placements: They bring in so many good start ups in, which provides the opportunity to students to be best at technical work they learn in college. So many IT companies also give preference to Electronics and Communication Engineering students for their talents in linking the hardware with the coding for automation purpose. Placement cell is very active. If student is average at academics and manages to be eligible for placement and is interested in the same then the team will surely make sure that he/she i...
Placements: The college provides good placements. Many students were placed, and many well-known companies visited the college to conduct placements. Overall, it is the best college regarding teaching and placements. The college provides best opportunities for students to get a better job. The faculty members conduct mock interviews.
Placements: GCET has a good placement. Around 62 companies visited our college and around 309 students are placed in companies. Around 50+ percentage placement is done by our college. Many good companies like L&T, INFOSYS, ALPHA 9, TCS are visited our college. The highest salary is 18LAKHS given by ALPHA9.
Placements: This year total 230+ students got placed. There are big companies like Infosys, L&T, Godrej are coming in every year. The highest salary is 5. 5 lacs per annum to 1.8 lacs for the lowest salary. In our batch 17 students are placed. In previous year there are many more.
Placements: For placements, this college is the best. The college is a king for its placements. Lots of companies are coming for T & P, and for all the branches, the placements are well. For computer and IT, is maybe 99.99%, and for other branches, the percentage should be above 50%.
Placements: There are almost 50% student get placed every year from our college, and other student focus on foreign studies as well as Masters programme. Here many companies use to visit as far as the placement are concerned. The students are also very interested to get the jobs and to they get Aa good Job too. The students are satisfied with their jobs after the placement is been done. There is much support from the side of faculty for training the students for jobs. They use to take initiative for trainin...
Placements: The placements in our college are quite good, but after appointing the new TPO, placement rates went down. I got placed in 3 companies with an average package of 2 to 3 LPA. 300+ placements were provided. The placements are provided in the companies like TBEA, Torrent Power, Infosys, Alpha 9, Streamline Control, TCA, etc.
Placements: The placements are very great in the college. There is a complete different department dedicated to the placements of the students. The department consists the support of the students. All the eligible students get placed or atleast get a shot at placements. The placement ratio of the college is 100%. Overall college is great with placements.
Placements: Considering placements, more students are placed in reputed companies than any other GTU college. Most of the students get the job and remaining students go for the higher studies. In my batch, the companies like Infosys, L&T, TCS, Godrej, Exxat, Supergas and many other MNCs visited the college. The average package is 3 to 3.25 lacs per annum and 6.33 lacs per annum is the highest package is offered by the TCS. So, GCET is the best college in GTU if you are searching for college which gives good...
Placements: GCET have enough placement in mechanical engineering. Average 70 to 80 % students are placed in small or big company. Avg salary provided is about 3 to 4 Lacs per annum. LNT, ALPHA 9 and many more. GCET have good placement cell also. 40% students get internship also.
Placements: Training and Placement cell of our college is very good many companies are visiting our campus for selection of students as GET. Overall very good amount of packages offers by the companies also. Companies like Godrej, L&T, Infosys offers platform for the students.
