MTech is a two-year PG-level programme offered in seven specialisations. Find below MTech eligibility, selection criteria and seat intake:

Eligibility: A pass in BTech in relevant branch with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for reserved category) or BSc in any Science discipline with GATE

Selection criteria: CSMUEE/ MHT CET/ GATE or other state CET

Seat intake: 30 each

The mode of application is online for all courses. Candidates need to pay an application fee of INR 1,100. Find below the steps to apply for MTech admission:

Step 2: Click on 'Apply Now' on the home page.

Step 3: Register with basic details to generate login credentials.

Step 4: Login and fill the application form.

Step 5: Upload documents and pay the application fee.

Step 6: Submit and print the application form.

• Original SSC certificate and marksheet
• Original HSC certificate and marksheet
• Original graduation certificate and marksheet
• Diploma certificate (if applicable)
• Original transfer/ migration certificate 
• ID-proof (Aadhaar Card/ passport/ voter-id/ driving license/ any other government-id)
• GAP affidavit (if there is year gap in study)
• Passport-size photo
• Any other certificate (PH/ caste/ minority/ quota etc.) if applicable
• Two sets of self-attested copies of all documents
