Chanakya National Law University is worth joining.

Placements: Placements in our college range from decent to good. The students have been placed in law firms like Khaitan and Co. and PDS Legal. Few students have also received PPOs from organisations like ICICI Bank with a salary package ranging between 14-17 LPA. Placements are likely to increase as the placement cell of the university has become actively concerned about the students' future in the recent past. The university also had an internship cell, and its functions are now overtaken by the placement...

Go for Chanakya National Law University.

Placements: See. Placements in our college have now improved all because of new placement cell. The average package is 4-12 lac as per your merit. Placements is mainly for legal advisory. As far as internships are concerned then our college is best in that. But many of us don't go for placements rather they go for judiciary. Last year 50-60 students cracked judiciary.

It is a decent place, and there is a lot of scope for improvement.

Placements: The placements need to improve, but the inclination of the crowd is mostly towards judicial services and other such things. With the new administration, things will surely get better. The major disadvantage is the location of the college. Students get jobs based on their merit.

CNLU - Average as of now, trying to be the best.

Placements: See the thing is in law school you're quite dependent on your own skills and hard work, so, it's up to you that how are you able to expose yourself to the world. In this college, the advantage is the seniors and we all know that in law its all about contacts. Thus, regarding placements, we have had records of reaching Rs. 16 Lacs p. a. to almost 10 students of a batch. Furthermore, many of the seniors have cleared judicial examinations and now are sitting magistrates. Apart from that we have our...

An Honest Unbiased Review of Chanakya National Law University.

Placements: The placements are alright. However there is scope for improvement. Our college has a tie up with ICICI Bank, and they have campus interviews every year, where they select candidates every year. This year, a 5th year student was also placed at Khaitan. Some students were also pre-placed in their 4th year itself.

Dissatisfied with the facilities, but satisfied with the faculty.

Placements: As I am a student of the first year, I do not have much knowledge about the senior batch's placements. But, one of my seniors in the 5th year got placed in Khaitan, and another senior got placed in ICICI. The students of this college are also trying to increase the number of recruiters through the placement cell so that it can increase the reach of this college.

I wouldn't suggest CNLU to any CLAT aspirant.

Placements: The placements, just like all the second tier NLUs, is pretty bad. We don't have many companies which visit CNLU during the campus placement sessions. The administration takes no effort to ensure that companies come to the university. I would award CNLU a one star, when it comes to placement for this very reason.

Provides every possible opportunity. The willing can do wonders.

Placements: Apart from many deciding to prepare for competitive exams, people get placed in law firms, banks, NBFCs, etc. Many choose to practice law. In essence, the percentage of students places depends on the number of students sitting for the placements which is different every year. But, students of the senior batches have been very successful. Some have cleared public service exams, some have become judges, some are practicing law very well, some have very good jobs in companies, some have been accept...

A National Law University with poor placements.

Placements: There is a Recruitment Coordination Committee run by the student body for placement related works. The college campus placement is not good. 8 students in the batch of 120 students have been placed with the highest package being around 12-14 lacs and the lowest being 4-5 lacs.

Chanakya National Law University, Patna.

Placements: About 10% of the students are placed because companies don't land up here voluntarily. They are invited or requested to come. People have a very disgusting mindset that as this is Patna, the students won't be up to the mark. This has to be changed. Our seniors are one of best law students in India, and we feel proud of them.

Average infrastructure, faculty members and placement.

Placements: The placement condition of college is not considerable good enough. Usually law students opt for litigation and judicial services so they not bother much about their campus selection. The college has a placement committee but not works efficiently. Last year about 30-35 students have got selected from campus by banks and law firms. The highest package till yet is of ?200,000 annually. The average package for students is about 6-7 Lacs per annum. So there is a good effort needed for betterment of...

U will not regret if you choose this university.

Placements: University have a dedicated placement cell but it does't function. Student themselves make group and do all the efforts to call the company. Around 8-10 companies come for placement among which ICICI bank and HDFC bank are prominent one with handsome package.

A Paradise For The Law Aspirants In Bihar.

Placements: Its one of the best law college in Bihar having the highest percentage of placement. Out of 120 students 100 of them were placed last year and few of them opted to go for higher studies. Starting salary offered was 4-5lakh average and many law firms visited the campus.

CNLU-law on the land of Buddha.

Placements: On the campus, the placements are less, ranging from 5 to 10. In off-campus, it reaches around 40. A huge number of students clear judiciary from our college. In 2017 batch of Bihar judiciary, 40 students are from CNLU. In UP judiciary also, five are from CNLU. Many of the students go for litigation.

Knowledge is the true wealth in one's life.

Placements: The placement cell is student-friendly and encourages the students to grab better jobs by including them in the placement process. The placement number is low, but quality placement at high package has always been an attraction to this college. The recruitment core committee is a student-run cell with a little guidance of administration to provide exposure to the students, but sometimes this idea of exposure brings a less number of placements. ICICI bank is one of the frequent recruiters of our ...

Overall the university is in good position but it has not developed according to the expectations.

Placements: The placement is satisfying. It's not very good but its okay. In the year 2017, the highest package offered was of R.s 18,000 per month, but this was only for one candidate, and not more than 20 candidates got placed. The only limited company comes for the recruitment purpose, and it's disappointing.

The college is good, but that's not going to help you in landing a good job. You will have to do it.

Placements: The placements are fine. In fact, they are good contrary to the popular notion, and people do get jobs with big cheques. The highest I have seen in my last years in campus placements was 16 lacs + PA. However, it also depends on individuals as to what they are capable of.

Joining in this college is the only mistake of my life.

Placements: Well, the placements on the campus are bad. There are not many firms which are keen to hire from here, whatever the placements we have are the students are getting on their merit. Every year, the top recruiter has been ICICI, which picks two students for a salary of approximately 14 lakhs per annum rest are not worth talking about. The administration does not take the pain of getting you the internships or even some average job opportunity as such. They just fool the parents coming during the co...

Bad faculty and bad infrastructure

Placements: The placements in our college are poor. There are a few people who were able to secure good jobs but that was done via their personal calibre and the college management has no role to play in it. The seniors allege that the college management takes no steps to invite companies but on the other hand, it just drives away the companies by having them go through a bulky process for selection of students. So overall, the placements are very poor. No company is willing to hire students from CNLU eve...

A guide to Chanakya National Law University.

Placements: The seniors here have secured placements in top law firms such as Khaitan, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and Co. and many others. ICICI Bank has been a top recruiter of CNLUites. Apart from this, every year, 10-15 students qualify for the judicial services. Also, the students are earning placements by 4th year itself that adds as an achievement for the college.
