It is the best college for MA-education.
Placements: Placement in colleges is good. Students are placed in courses and placement percentage is 75%. Check out top recruiting agencies like schools, colleges, universities, institutes etc. Students also get internships. The highest package offered is 5 LPA and the lowest is 2 LPA. The average package offered is 3 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our department has facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library and infrastructure. The quality of food served is also very good and healthy. The medical facilities, sports, hostel facilities and all provided are the best, which caters to all aspects of the students.
Faculty: Our teachers are highly qualified and very helpful to all the students. The quality of teaching is also very good. The course syllabus is relevant and it makes the students industry ready. The semester exams are a bit tough but if we study well then they are not that tough. The pass rate is 85%.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good, no doubt. There is Wi-Fi available along with a well-equipped library. The library has all the necessary books, and the labs are well-equipped. The classrooms are clean, and the campus is big. The food in the hostel mess is good. The toilets are also cleaned daily.
Faculty: The teachers in this college are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is good, and the course curriculum is adequate, which prepares the students for the future. The semester exams are challenging but fair, and the pass rate is 80%.

It is a good college for higher studies.
Placements: I completed an M.A. in English from this university. There were 42 seats in that year in PG course. There is no recruitment agency to offer a job after course completion. However, most of the students go for a PhD after passing NET/SET examination. Some try their luck in a call centre based jobs in their merit and labour. The average salary package offered after the course starts from 2.4 LPA.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi facility on the university campus. However, the digital library with internet connectivity is available. There are newly built gallery classrooms. There is an indoor game playground. Different cultural programs are held, and students actively take part in the annual function. Hostels are not too good. Mess and canteen facility is available, but meals quality served is below average. Students prefer to have their meal outside. A doctor is available 24x7 on the university campus.
Faculty: Teachers here are helpful, qualified, and have in-depth knowledge of their subjects. But the number of teachers is not enough for quick finishing of the syllabus. The course curriculum is not relevant for the present job scenario, and it has no relation with industry.
Other: I completed my B.A. from the region named Cooch Behar and had a will for higher studies. Hence, I took admission in this university which is also in the same district. The course should be shorter and relevant to present English communication skill based studies. Mass communication syllabus and English syllabus should be interconnected. Minority scholarships, M.Phil scholarships are available for students. Good transport service is throughout the area. Students participate in extracurricular activities during college fest and cultural events.
