My AUD experience and discovering my potential at AUD.
Placements: 75% percent of students were placed in my course. The highest package - 10 LPA, the lowest package - 3 LPA, and the average package - 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies - ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Deloitte. Around 60% of students got internships last year. Top roles - Finance, Sales, Marketing.
Infrastructure: For MBA students - We have our separate classroom with 3 air conditioners, 2 whiteboards, 1 projector, 1 almirah, and comfortable chairs. We have a library with lots of books and e-books from Harvard Business School. And also, we have access to Wi-Fi but only for laptops. The quality of food available in the mess is not good, and there is not enough variety. There is a medical room in the university. We don't have our playground.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is very good. Yaah, this course curriculum is relevant. Yaah, it makes the students industry-ready. The semester exams in this college are pretty much difficult. There is a slot system. In one semester, there are 2 slots.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest. This course will make me industry-ready. This course is application-based. There is a scholarship available based on income. Fests are organised from time to time. The campus place is a heritage society.

Discontinued (Oct 2022)- M.A. in Education - Batch of 2019

Overall, the best college for M.A. in Education Course.
Placements: 75% of students get placed in our college. The highest package offered in this course is 10 LPA; the lowest is 3 LPA with an average of 7 LPA. Many core companies visit to recruit students for my courses. Students need a minimum score of 85% to get an internship in a corporate company. HR, Senior Manager, and Junior Manager posts are offered.
Infrastructure: The building is good with good labs. But the ventilation system is outdated. Even the bathroom is not cleaned regularly. The canteen also needs upgrading. The classrooms are spacious. As the building is huge, students have to invest in using the lift facility.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and ready to answer our questions. We can learn subjects and information beyond our books and syllabus, which will help us in the future. The syllabus of this course is relevant, and our syllabus covers all the points that make us industry-ready. Semester exams are easy, and the pass rate is around 65%.

If we just talk about degrees, you can take admission in this college, but not on a knowledge basis.
Placements: Placement opportunities in my college is not very good as I am passing out from history honors. I did not get a good placement when the positive from my college average company visit to a college in the last year was mostly inclined towards commerce and science students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college is average; we have free Wi-Fi facilities; we have been well cleaned; we have a library facility; we have a cafeteria where food is so good; and we have a medical room and sports room facility; they have different sports grounds and courts .
Faculty: Faculty members are very good; professors and teachers are very active; they are very helpful regarding providing the online offer material for study; and they share their knowledge and experience with us. Exams are conducted semester-wise but monthly and weekly tests are also conducted.
Other: Campus life is good there is a market near the college regular events are held in the college.

M.A. in Gender Studies - Batch of 2025
3.8

All about gender studies at Ambedkar University.
Placements: Placement percentages vary each year; recent data isn't available. Typically, the highest package offered is around 10–12 LPA, while the average range is between 4-6 LPA. Top recruiters include NGOs, research firms, and media houses. Many students secure internships; recent data and company details are available. Common roles in post-graduation include gender researcher, policy analyst, and social activist.
Infrastructure: Food is available in the canteen, there is Wi-Fi and labs are there. Classrooms are air-conditioned. The canteen has good food. Sports such as football and basketball are there. Do join the music and photography society. Hostel facilities vary, with generally decent amenities and adequate quality of food in the mess and canteen.
Faculty: Teachers are very qualified and their teaching methodology aligns with the course structure. The examination pattern is relevant. The curriculum in gender studies is considered relevant, focusing on societal issues and critical analysis rather than industry-specific skills. Semester exams are perceived as moderately challenging, with a pass percentage typically above 70%.
Other: I chose the Gender Studies course because it's multidisciplinary, blending insights from sociology, anthropology, and political science to understand complex gender issues. The best aspects are its diverse perspectives and critical thinking development. Areas for improvement could include improving campus surroundings and increasing campus crowd diversity would also be beneficial.

M.A. in Economics - Batch of 2019

Overall, the best university for M.A. in Economics Course.
Placements: Placement cell work very well. More than 80% students are placed. Even after graduation, seniors get help from the placement team. Most of the seniors were placed in the final year by reputed companies offering a good package. The maximum and minimum salary packages offered are 15 LPA and 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Bank of Baroda, Axis Bank, Niti Aayog, Deloitte, Alice Blue, etc.
Infrastructure: All the facilities available at our university are of high standard. Healthy food is served in the canteen represented on our campus. They are also collecting money for medical insurance. The laboratories are well-equipped with air conditioning and high-quality systems and machines.
Faculty: The teachers have been very helpful in my university experience. They helped with studies as well as personal matters. We can also talk to them as friends. Their teaching style has shaped me as a person, so I am very grateful to have a teacher like them. The semester exam is not tough and the pass rate is around 70%.

College is good for only BBA and sociology.
Placements: Placement cell quality is zero, but it provides internships that will help you with your placement. They are working on developing their placement cell because it is not yet a developed university like DU and does not receive enough funding. However, in the future, this university will be much better than its present state.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not good enough, but for BBA, it is excellent. Every room has its own projector and smartboard, which is helpful for students. In one room of the college, there are five air conditioners in a particular classroom, but I don't know about the classes for BA programs.
Faculty: The faculty is excellent. I don't know about the BA program teachers, but for BBA, it is great. If you are coming for study, it is a great university for you, but if you are coming for sports, it is average because they do not have a specific coach for sports.
Other: Because it is a professional course, it helps to study marketing.

Before CUET, the university had its own entrance exam and interview for admission. From the previous year, they began accepting CUET marks for addmission. The cutoff for MA sociology ranged between 230 and 240 for the unreserved category.
