GLS University B.E. / B.Tech Courses & Fees 2023

To take admission in B.Tech at GLS University, the following procedure needs to be followed:

1. Visit the GLS University website and click on the "Admission" tab.
2. Click on the "B.Tech" option and fill out the online application form.
3. The admission process for B.Tech (CS&E) is done by the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC).
4. The eligibility criteria for admission to B.Tech (CS&E) is as follows:
   • Passed 10+2 examination with Physics / Mathematics / Chemistry / Computer Science / Electronics / Information Technology / Biology / Informatics Practices / Biotechnology / Technical Vocational subject / Agriculture / Engineering Graphics / Business Studies / Entrepreneurship. (Any of the three)
   • Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.
   • Passed minimum 3 years Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.
5. The entire admission process will be conducted online, and all communications from the University shall be through email and SMS

GLS University has a commendable placement record for all the years of its existence. The University conducts various activities as a part of the recruitment process, such as pre-placement counselling sessions, group discussion sessions, mock personal interviews, resume building workshops, industry and company analysis, personality development, and image building. The University invites many companies like Asian Paints, Axis Bank, and many others for placement purposes. Some of the top recruiters include Kotak Mahindra, Zydus Cadila, Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd, Asian Paints, Colgate, Torrent Power, Parle Agro, Berger Paints, Big Ideas, and private banks like Axis, HDFC, etc. Other companies like Tata, Wipro, and Godrej also visit the university to hire students. The highest package offered is 9 LPA, and the average package is 5 LPA. The university does not give a 100% placement guarantee, but the placement percentage is high, with an average of 75% of students getting placed.
