Our college is really best.
Placements: Zydus and Sun Pharma provide a maximum monthly salary of Rs. 40,000. The average monthly salary stands at Rs. 25,000, while the minimum offered is Rs. 18,000. Salary packages will rise based on the performance and experience of the participants. Some of the leading recruiting companies include Sun Pharma, Cipla, Divi's Laboratories, Piramal, Alembic Pharma, and Zydus. Around 25% of students secured their internships with firms such as Cipla, Sun Pharma, Alembic Pharma, Price Pharmaceutical, and Liquid Moral. Placement from our college is average.
Infrastructure: Our college has an outstanding infrastructure. As well as a high-speed Wi-Fi campus and classrooms with projectors. Classrooms have a capacity of seating up to 100 students. The laboratories are well-managed with the required equipment also. The central library is large and fully filled with new healthcare books. The campus is also very large and capable of organizing many cultural events. The hostels offer great facilities and the on-campus multispecialty hospital provides essential medical services free, contributing to a vibrant and supportive academic atmosphere.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified, holding excellent degrees. A majority of them have earned their PhDs. They possess in-depth knowledge of their specific subjects. Most teachers use projectors for their lessons, but for subjects like Organic Chemistry, they prefer blackboards, where they meticulously draw each structure. An annual industrial visit is organized for the students.

Life at Vishwakarma Government Engineering College.
Placements: There are approximately 80-95% placements in CE department at Vishwakarma Government Engineering College under Gujarat Technological University. The highest salary package offered is 13 LPA in 2024-25. The average salary package offered is 5 LPA. There are lots of IT companies that take part in placements.
Infrastructure: There are many Wi-Fi on campus of Vishwakarma Government Engineering College. Hostel facility is very good but the canteen food is of average type. There are lots of events organised for sports and games. Hostel facility is good as compared to other PGs.
Faculty: Good faculty members are there who teach very well. They give their best to complete the syllabus of the curriculum at Gujarat Technological University. In semester exam, mid-semester is 30 marks and the end semester is 70 marks.
Other: The computer engineering course is very good and best for career in IT sector.

Average review, placements, college, and poor management.
Placements: 5–6 students from each department every year get placed. Not more than that. The highest package is around 40 lpa, and the lowest is 3 lpa. R&D is the top recruiting company. We choose internship companies ourselves. If we don't get any industry ourselves, then they will provide us with an industry for our internship.
Infrastructure: Classrooms were recently renovated and look good now. library is also good. Wi-Fi is available only for computers and not for phones. Hostel food is bad. Facilities are good. There are no sports or games. The food is very hygienic and many students are facing health issues.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable but the management and teaching quality are very poor. Students get industry-ready. The pass percentage is 60% and exams are so difficult. They make paper of their own. They make us study only a little bit and ask questions in much more depth and detail.
Other: I chose this course because I was interested in it. Events are only once a year in college and that is too boring.

GEC Gandhi Nagar- A deemed college.
Placements: I asked my seniors, and they said almost 70% of students get placed in college, and other students get off-campus placement. TCS visits the college to hire students. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is 7 LPA as per my seniors. Almost all students get an internship in companies. As it is a government college, it has good placements, but I will say in mid range.
Infrastructure: Facilities are good here. There are libraries, a canteen, Wi-Fi, classrooms, and labs. Every subject has its own laboratory. All labs have the required equipment. The hostel has a mess and canteen. Sports grounds are there to have fun with friends.
Faculty: Teachers are very well-qualified here, some have also passed out from the same college. Teachers here teach very well. They do not rush to complete the syllabus but explain all the things. Labs are our favorite as they are good at it. Semester exams are moderate and the pass percentage is 85%.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to join as electronics has more futures and many opportunities ahead. Culture festivals are held here and it also conducts sports day every year.

Overall I am satisfied with my college but the infrastructure and facilities are not good.
Placements: Around 75-80% of students got placed according to my assumption with the highest salary package offered ranges between 6 LPA - 7 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. The average salary package offered is 4 LPA. Recruiting companies are small companies and startups. Roles offered are software develops, business development executive, and other internships like UI and UX.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities are okay. There is no Wi-Fi and not-so-good classrooms and libraries. Hostel facilities are not provided in this college. The canteen is the worst thing in this college. Sports and games are allowed after college hours only for the students.
Faculty: Faculty members are good but usually very stubborn about what has been written in notes and not very friendly. The course curriculum is good but they do not provide choices of subjects to students. Exams are the best part as there are 4 exams of 25 marks each that is no mid-semester and end semester.
Other: Only one event or festival is conducted every year. There are no extracurricular activities in this college. There is no connectivity with the city. It also provides good scholarships from the state government.

An average college because of campus and faculty, placements are very bad.
Placements: The majority of students are those who have a good academic background. The placement here is 50/50. The college will say that they have 100% placement but that's totally wrong. Please take admission at your own risk.
Infrastructure: They have a good setting for our first year, with well-equipped classrooms with smartboards and AC. But, in the second year, they will switch classrooms, and these classrooms will have no smartboard but a projector. There is no Wi-Fi in the hostel. The library is good. And talking about campus, its the worst, there is just no campus.
Faculty: The faculty here is average, not that skilled. But I can't be negative. There are some senior faculty who are the best. But this faculty will only be here for 5–10 years, according to my estimate. The course here is designed by GTU but I feel this will not make us industry-ready. The difficulty level of the exam is low and there is a semester-wise exam taken here..
