Q:   Can I join JVWU directly?

A: 

Direct merit-based admission is one of the options to get a seat in Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women’s University courses. Candidate must have appeared Class 10/ Class 12 or graduation examination from a recognised board or university recognised score card percentile to get direct admission. Aspirants need to check if there course is available for direct admission before applying.

Q:   How can I get admission in JVWU?

A: 

JVWU admissions are offered through four modes. One is through direct admission based on the merit of the candidates in the last qualifying exam. Others is via University Entrance cum Scholarship Exam (JNEE) or scholarship exam. Aspirants can also get admission via Management Quota. Candidates applying via Management Quota are evaluated based on past academic records of the candidates.

Q:   What entrance exam scores are accepted by JVWU for admission?

A: 

JVWU conducts Joint National Entrance Examination for admission to various UG, PG and Diploma courses. The exam is held in online mode usually in May. JNEE question paper includes a total of 100 objective type questions (20 G.K. Questions and 80 subject related aptitude Questions) which is to be performed in 1 hours 30 minutes. Besides, admission in BAMS and BHMS programme is through NEET.

Q:   When is JVWU application forms out?

A: 

JVWU usually releases the application form in February every year. The applications end by the last week of April. The mode of application is online. Aspirants need to pay an application fee of INR 1,000 for regular courses. The registration fee is INR 3,000 for research programmes. Candidates need to pay the fee via any of the online payment modes.

Q:   Can I get JVWU application form offline?

A: 

Offline form is attached with prospectus. Candidates can send the dully filled application form along with the registration fee online or dend DD/ Cheque in favor of 'Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women's University' payable at Jaipur to University Campus address via speed post only or submit by Cash at University Campus.

This college had good placements in 2017, and there were excellent faculty members.
Placements: Around 60% of the students got placed in various companies. The highest salary package offered was 3.6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1.2 LPA. The top recruiting company was My operator, and the role offered was as HR. Around 80% of the students got internships. But I think there should reputed companies also come like TCS, Axis Bank and so on who should visit the campus for recruitment.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college was good. There was a lack of modern techniques of teaching like lack of digital classes, presentation, and so on. The hostel was also amazing, and we got the facility of Wi-Fi. Phones were not allowed, so I think that's why we were more indulged in our studies. Food served was also good.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were amazing. They were helpful and knowledgeable. They taught so relevant and thoroughly explained the topics so that students are able to understand the concept. The course curriculum is relevant. The business consists of all these departments like HR, finance and marketing. But still, the education system needs more improvement.

Placements: The university invites good and reputed companies for the students to get apt corporate exposure. The highest salary package offered is 4.3 LPA.
Infrastructure: The university is well-equipped with the best in class infrastructure and modern classrooms for students to cope up with the dynamic environment. It provides good computers for the students to get practical exposure. It also has regular sports activities so that students will stay healthy.
Faculty: Teachers available in our college make suitable efforts in order to get the students to learn and exemplify the level of knowledge and understanding. The course curriculum is good enough to provide students with perfect corporate knowledge. They make them ready to handle every situation. The expertise of the faculty members in the university is exceptional, and the efforts made by them are also commendable.
Other: I have chosen this course because the MBA provides the knowledge about management studies and develop inner skills.

Placements: Almost 50%-60% of the students are placed in every year. Students are offered roles like software tester, data scientist, data administrator, software engineer, etc. In our course, the maximum salary offered ranges from Rs. 45,000 to 4 lacs per month. C-CORE and all big companies visit our college, and I would suggest you take admission here.
Infrastructure: Facilities in our college are very good, and the infrastructure is improved day by day. The hostel is very good and clean, and all types of rooms are available here. Mess, canteen and medical facilities are available for 24x7. The mess food was very tasty, and the Wi-Fi facility was very good.
Faculty: All the teachers in our college are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. They teach with a computer and a projector and also show us a live example. Their teaching quality is very good.
Other: I have chosen this course because it is my dream.

Placements: 50% of students get placed in our course. The highest package offered in our course is 4 Lacs p. a. and the lowest package offered is 2.3 Lacs p. a. top recruiting companies of our courses are Genus power, Core technosolutions, Appcino etc. Top roles offered in our course are data analyst, data administrator, data scientists, software developer, web developer, network analyst etc.
Infrastructure: University provides us best facilities in every possible way. The campus is very huge and hostel rooms are also good. Here we get 24x7 Wi-Fi, water and electricity. Mess served us good quality food and menu gets changed everyday. Talking about infrastructure of department we get facilitated by I. C. T tools, Wi-Fi is available in labs and libraries. For medical facilities we are having here homeopathy, ayurveda and allopathy hospitals.
Faculty: Yes. faculty here are highly qualified and they are very helpful. Teachers inform us about our expected competencies, course outcomes and programme outcomes. Teachers illustrate the concept through examples and applications. They identify our strengths and encourages us with providing right level of challenges.
Other: I choose this course because we study about the design, development and analysis of software and hardware used to solve problems in variety of business, scientific and social context.

Overall, our university is good.
Placements: Around 50%-60% of the students from our course were placed. The salary package offered varies from 2.0 LPA to 4.5 LPA. Tata, IBM, Microsoft, Reliance, C#Corner and Genus are some top recruiting companies for our course. Students got placed in prestigious companies with the highest salary package of 6.50 LPA and the lowest salary package of 1.53 LPA. Around 50%-60% of the students got placed in Tata Consultancy Services, while 20%-30% of the students got placed in Intecons Software Lab and many more.
Infrastructure: Overall, the infrastructure and facilities provided here are good. Our college provides 24x7 Wi-Fi facility on the campus, hostels and classrooms. The campus is eco-friendly, and the infrastructure is maintained by considering green, clean, happiness protocol. There are well-structured classrooms and libraries. E-library is provided to enhance education. The food is served for 4 times with a perfect diet, and special food is provided on weekends. There are 24x7 medical facilities. Sports and cultural activities are conducted from time to time.
Faculty: Teachers here are helpful and well qualified, and they help us to resolve various problems and clear our doubts. Their way of teaching is interactive. Our course curriculum is relevant enough to make the students industry-ready. For that, many new and extra courses are also added to let us gain knowledge about them.
Other: I was interested in this course, so I chose it. The best thing about this course is we get knowledge about futuristic technologies and the latest trends. I wish that our college should improve more technical or practical education in our course. Every year our university organises a conference for every course. Many sports, cultural and social activities are conducted here. Every year our university organises 2 days fest named Jayoti Utsav on the campus. Scholarships are also provided to the students.

Our college is among 10 topmost colleges.
Placements: Almost 40% of the students in our course are placed. The highest salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. The topmost recruiting companies are C Core, Genius, TCS. Almost 45% of the students in our course got internships in companies like TCS. I have gained many technical and non-technical skills which are of the high value for the employer from leadership to programming.
Infrastructure: The college is situated in the heart of the city. Jaipur is a natural choice and preferred destination for students from different parts of the country to pursue professional educations. Separate hostel facilities are provided for girls on the campus. It has adequate high security and good discipline.
Faculty: The college has good teaching faculty with higher qualified and well-experienced staff. All teachers are full time, and the students are given special attention in their study. There are excellent results in the university examinations due to constant efforts by staff.
