In order to submit UGPET 2024 application form, the following details are required:
- Active mobile number
- Alternate mobile number (Preferably of parent)
- Photo in JPEG/JPG format (Not more than 50 KB in size)
- Scanned signature in JPEG/JPG format (Not more than 50 KB in size)
- High school, intermediate and graduation mark sheet
- Applicants in their final year of graduation need to provide roll number and University details
