A comprehensive review of Mewar University.

Absolutely the worst college.

Placements: Mostly rural area students are placed in my course. Anyone can take admission with a 10+2 marksheet, and it's a (Hons.) course, so it takes 4 years to complete. There are major 12 companies which provide jobs on an interview basis. They provide 10 percent placement.

If you can prepare on your own, then the college is good.

Placements: The training and placement cell at Mewar University was established in 2011 with an aim to provide career opportunities to all students. It has attracted and brought to its campus dominant players from industries with competencies in the core engineering disciplines, as well as major players from management and various other sectors. The cell aims to provide a wide range of options in terms of career choices to all the students to meet their diverse aspirations.

It is a good college for B.Tech CSE.

Placements: Placements here are average. They don't have partnerships with many companies for placements you should have some trouble. As per the university, in the previous year in B.Tech CSE placement percentage was 80%. Top recruiting companies like Samsung, IBM, and many other companies visit the campus.

Dissatisfied with the lack of teaching faculty and placements.

Placements: There are no proper placement offers in pharmaceutical science courses in this university. I studied Diploma in pharmacy, but there isn't any pharma company visiting the university for placements, not even for graduation courses. The training program of B.Pharma is provided in Chandigarh.

Good infrastructure but placement is very less in percentage.

Placements: About 5 percent of students placed as there are few recruiters who come to the college mainly local companies. College provides a six month internship programme in companies like caparo engineering India ltd, flexituff international. In internship company provide or not provide stipend for the same.

Good infrastructure but not yet satisfied with other things.

Placements: Campus placements are not so good as I don't have much information about it. A placement cell is present in the university. Most of the students prefer private internship on their own efforts over the university's suggestion. I don't have much information about the salary of senior students.

Good Infrastructure with Facilities.

Placements: Campus placements are a bit annoying when we compare with other universities. B.Sc. Agriculture, B.Tech CSE courses are good if placements are concerned. There is no special classes for campus recruitment training. The student must prepare on his own to crack on campus interviews and exams. Till now some alumni students got chance in infosys. , IBM and some regional IT companies.

Management system and placements were not good but happy with infrastructure and games facilities.

Placements: In our batch, 14-15 students got placements through the university out of 76 students. Only one company visited for campus placements named Shree Alloys Ind. Pvt. Ltd. and I got placed in that company. It was a steel fabrication company and it was a field supervision job of fabricated items. All of the students got the internship in the 8th semester. The stipend was 0 to 12500 INR at the time of internships. In my senior's batch, around 20 of them got the placements through university and paid 1...

Satisfied. You will get what you will work for.

Placements: Placements and jobs are totally based on your performance. If your performance is good, you can get a job in the last semester itself. They are conducting off-campus interviews. You can find jobs in Infosys, Tech Mahindra, IBM etc. The highest and lowest salary offered will be 7.5 LPA and 3 LPA respectively. Around 60 percent of students got their internships in the college.

All the facilities in this college are good, but the mess’s food is a little bad. There is strictness in all the courses it is a good thing and there are a lot of programs and activities for the sake of students. And about studies it is all good, good labs, good workshops and a good thing is that assignments and practical models were given to students which helps students.
