Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery(BAMS) - Batch of 2027
Offered by Gangadhar Shastri Gune Ayurved Mahavidyalaya
4.6

The best place to study Ayurved.
Placements: The college provides education in the B.A. MS course based on traditional medicine Ayurved. Placements in the government sector for practitioners are very good. Students make much money on the private side also. Students get a salary package of 4.5 LPA - 9 LPA for government jobs in India. The role offered for freshers is a medical officer.
Infrastructure: Our college is spread over 11 acres of land. It has a pharmacy lab and a hospital. The panchakarma and gynecology departments of the hospital have a good patient flow. The OT of the hospital is busy with operations. There is a well-structured college building. Compared to other colleges in Maharashtra, this college, which has a QCI ranking of A, holds the 3rd place among all colleges. It has good facilities in the dissection hall. There is a student library. A huge central library is present. All classrooms are modern. All departments are well-equipped. The hostel facility for both boys and girls is present. The boys' and girls' hostel intake is 200. The mess provides good food and is compulsory for hostel students.
Faculty: All teachers are Ph.D. scholars and have great practice in Ayurved. There are more than 60 teachers from all over India. This course is very well-designed by MUHS Nashik and makes students good practitioners in healthcare professions. University exams are run by MUHS Nashik. Almost 96% of students pass every year.
Other: Our college has very strict discipline and very good security for students.

B.E. in Computer Engineering - Batch of 2026
Offered by Shri Neminath Jain Bhhramcharyashram
2.2

Diesel Infrastructure, Average Placement, Adequate Faculty, and Limited Extracurricular.
Placements: Placement rates are approximately 50 to 60% of students, and the workplace placement quality varies across the roles and companies, which may lead students to seek further studies or self-employment due to limited opportunities. The package range: the highest package reached about 8 LPA, while the lowest was above 2 LPA, and the average salary package ranged between 3.5 to 4 LPA. Internships: Around 50 to 60% of students receive internships with companies in industrial training and entry-level project roles. Predominantly, entry-level positions are offered, including roles like assistant engineers, project trainers, and support associates.
Infrastructure: The college offers basic infrastructure for the learning environment. Wi-Fi availability, campus access, standard labs, functioning classrooms, and advanced laboratories are provided. The faculty is generally sufficient but may not be fully modern or top-tier. Hostel facilities: Rooms are clean and comfortable, but the food quality is poor with mixed, specific meals. The canteen offers a few snack options but lacks variety and quality. Medical facilities are available 24/7. Sports are only available during events.
Faculty: The faculty members are mostly qualified, but their teaching approach varies. While some are helpful, others lack engagement in practical, industry-oriented teaching methods. Students often feel that faculty support is limited in imparting their learning experience. The curriculum is mostly theoretical with outdated topics that don't fully align with the current industry standard. Students find that it does not provide enough practical knowledge to make them industry-ready upon graduation. Semester exams are moderately challenging, and with consistent preparation, most students can pass, resulting in an average pass rate. However, the exams may not reflect the industry's scale, focusing instead on theoretical knowledge.
Other: I’m currently part of the batch of [year] and will graduate in 2026. The course offers a balanced mix of theoretical knowledge and practical application, with a focus on key industry skills. Why I chose this course: I chose this course because I am interested in artificial intelligence, and it aligns well with my current aspirations. The course provides a good foundation and opens doors to various career paths in the industry. Best thing about the course: The best aspect of this course is its comprehensive curriculum that covers both fundamental and advanced concepts. The faculty is generally good and provides guidance. Additionally, the course includes opportunities for hands-on learning and stays updated with industrial practices. Areas for improvement: I wish the course would integrate more real-world applications and industry exposure. It would be beneficial to have better collaboration with companies for internships or projects. Also, more interactive and engaging learning sessions would improve the experience. Campus life: Campus life is quite lively with multiple amenities and activities. There is a decent crowd on campus, and it has green spaces. Scholarships are available for various categories.

B.Sc. in Nursing - Batch of 2020
Offered by Shri. Shivaji Education Societys Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Nursing Institute

Good faculty, no placement, infrastructure is improved
Placements: Hi , i. Have completed my bsc nursing in 2020 , there were about 50 students in the batch , the package i got was about 2l P/A , so there was no placement offers in this institutions when i completed my degree.and in my batch no one get any internship and we have to do job search hunt . The top role i got was staff nurse. And some even got tutor ship
Infrastructure: Institution is improving since i left the college , they have library, class rooms are improving,no wifi , no good washroom, tgere were 2 hostel with in distance of 2 km no canteen or mess , sports once in a year during sports day only . cameras we installed later .
Faculty: Teacher were so knowledgeable very well qualified, they used to use all the audio visual aids to teach us , exam is a quite difficult level ,paasing percentage is about 75% i say.there we have panjabrao Deshmukh medical clg where we used to practice .
Other: Basically I didn't choose this course my father did , nothing is best thing about this particular course because its so much toigh degree to perceive. teachings methods, campus other curriculum activities should have improved.

Bachelor of Physiotherapy - Batch of 2027
Offered by MGM's College of Physiotherapy
3.8

The college is pretty good.
Placements: The college is very famous, and students often get great job opportunities after graduating. We have a six-month internship within our college; it is included in the course itself. Out of 100 students, at least 80% manage to graduate. Placements are not offered in medical colleges.
Infrastructure: The college has two labs, four classrooms, and one common library. A new building is being constructed on campus, so temporary arrangements have been made in another building until construction is completed. The canteen is average. The taste is good, and the quality is fine. All medical facilities are available. They have a huge football ground, a volleyball ground, and a basketball court. Balls are provided. Sports events are conducted regularly.
Faculty: Some teachers are very knowledgeable and great at teaching. Some just read the slides and leave everything for self-study. They do complete the curriculum on time. The course curriculum is based on the CBCS pattern (choice-based credit system). Semester exams are a little difficult, as they should be. If you score above 50%, you pass. Out of 100 students, at least 75 manage to pass the exams.
Other: I chose physiotherapy because it has very good scope in the future. It's best if you don't want to study as much as for an MBBS or BDS. If a more clinical approach to studies could be included, it would be a good improvement. The more experience, the better the doctor. Events are held occasionally. We have an annual fest held in February. Many extracurricular activities, like poster making and essay writing, are also held during these events and fests.

Good education and training.
Placements: Each batch has 100 students. There is no tension regarding the package. Very good job opportunities are available with a 100% job guarantee. An internship is compulsory and must be done at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Hospital. Both bachelor’s and master’s degrees are available. There is good interaction with all batchmates.
Infrastructure: Hostel is nice but away from campus. Bus facilities are available. Library offers 24-hour service with Wi-Fi, and online learning facilities are also available there. All books are provided. Mess is not available, but college canteen is good, though it is not functional at the moment. The ground is small, but there is access to a nearby turf.
Faculty: Faculty members are good and highly qualified doctors with extensive experience. There is an attendance criterion, and need to clear all internal examinations to qualify for the university exams. Extracurricular activities are available, and many events take place each year with high participation.
Other: Scholarships are available. Campus is small, so those who want a larger campus can opt for other colleges. A gym is available.

B.Sc. in Nursing - Batch of 2024

Solid education with average clinical exposure but limited faculty support.
Placements: Staff nurse, clinical nurse specialist, clinical instructor, nurse educator, etc. are the top roles offered. Approximately 70-80% of students secure placements in various healthcare institutions. The college has partnerships with leading hospitals and healthcare chains, providing students with opportunities for internships and employment upon graduation. While specific details about the highest, lowest, and average salary packages were not explicitly mentioned, placements are typically competitive, reflecting the college's emphasis on practical training and career readiness. Top recruiting companies include prominent hospitals and health organizations.
Infrastructure: Labs, classrooms, libraries, etc. are available in good quality. They properly maintain rules and regulations. In the canteen, average food quality and nutritious meals are there. Medical facilities are available. Sports are not available but indoor games are available.
Faculty: Yes, teachers are helpful and supportive. Teaching quality is also good; this course is curriculum-relevant and makes students industry-ready. The difficulty of semester exams is high, but the passing percentage is also high. Teaching quality is also one of the best in this college.
Other: I chose nursing because of my passion for helping others and my interest in the healthcare field. For the improvement: comprehensive curriculum, hands-on experience, career opportunities, advanced technology, etc. are needed. Events and fests are regularly organized, and transport facilities are available. On our campus, hospitals, canteens, and hostels are there. Extracurricular activities are not held. Scholarship opportunities are available but they did not provide full information about documents.
