    Should I choose SMS?
Placements: No placements are provided by the medical college, which lowers India's ranking, not just this college. Although a one-year internship program is held, a stipend is also given during this period. Around 22,000 is given as a stipend during this period. The period of internship is around one year.
Infrastructure: A new academic block and well-developed, advanced lecture theatres and labs are available for the students, but the hostel infrastructure is not well-developed. All playgrounds and sports grounds are available. Also, a new, advanced gym is available, and newly formed reading rooms and a library are also present.
Faculty: The teaching quality is very good. Professors and HODs are our teachers, using projectors and smart boards. In the whole year, four semester exams are conducted by the college, and the level of exams is normal. Two exam halls are available for the exams.
Other: The best thing about SMS Medical College is the daily patient load in the OPD hospital.

The infrastructure is not good enough.
Placements: Placements are very good in this college, as we have many hospitals attached to it. Around 50 to 60 percent of students get their placements every year, and the average salary package is 5 LPA. The students get their internships after 4.5 years of academics.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very bad. There is no canteen, and the food in the mess is also not good. The facility for sports for students is also not good. There is no supply of drinking water, so students have to carry their own water bottle. The library is good, and this is one of the best things about this college.
Faculty: The faculty is medium. Even though they were not very supportive during hospital postings, Semester exams are averagely difficult. The practicals are very easy for every semester and university-level exams. The passing percentage is almost 60 to 70 percent in university main exams.
Other: I am Anil Sharma from the government medical college in Kotak. I have had a bad experience over here. This college has to improve its infrastructure.

Journey of Sardar Patel Medical College, Bikaner.
Placements: There are no placements in the medical colleges, like in engineering colleges, but there are rotatory clinical postings in various departments of the college and hospital after completing the course of 4-year MBBS. The stipend will be 21,000 per year and it increases by 10% every year.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very bad in both hostels and college. Hostel food is also very bad and getting worse day by day. There is no Wi-Fi or labs in college. The library is also quite old but offers both academic and non-academic book collections. Sports include badminton, swimming pool, tennis court and various indoor and outdoor sports.
Faculty: The faculty members are professional doctors with years of experience and they serve the OPD in hospital too. The curriculum is good, offering 19 subjects in the 4-year MBBS course. Semester exams are not as difficult, but the final exams need a lot of dedication and concentration for the whole year.
Other: MBBS offers a great way of living and respect in society. In a batch, there are 250 students in the first year. There is an annual function named "WAVE," which happens in the month of May and June. There are some small events around the year.

SMS Medical College is amazing, and you should take admission to this college.
Placements: SMS Medical College is a very precious college. A lot of students got selected for NEET PG after their MBBS course. A lot of students got selected for the USMLE exam for their residence. Almost 40% of students got selected, and it is a big achievement.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is amazing. There are a lot of extracurricular activities for students like a swimming pool, gym, and sports arena. The hostel infrastructure is also good but there is no Wi-Fi connection in both college and hostel. The lecture theatre is very good.
Faculty: Senior faculty members are very helpful to every student. Our batch strength is high, i.e., 250, so teachers took us in small groups and taught a lot of things. At the award posting some faculty members are not supportive but there our bosses are present, so they help us.
Other: I chose this course to serve people who need it more. Our college orgnaises a lot of fests. SMS College has an amazing fest called Sirjan which is celebrated every year to relieve stress.
