Honest review of Sharda School of Engineering and Technology.
Placements: About 23 percent students were enrolled in our course. The highest package was 15 LPA, the lowest was 2.5 LPA, and the average package was 4 LPA.
Jindal, Jubilant and Max are the top recruiters.
15 percent of students got internships at Jubilant only.
Microbiologist, quality department, etc. are the top roles offered. Microbiology is a good course for future security.
Infrastructure: The facilities were excellent. WI-Fi was available 24 hours a day, the labs were well-equipped, the classroom was air conditioned and the library was well developed and organized. The hostel is well managed; sometimes it is spoiled, but in comparison to others, it is good. A medical kit is available if there is an emergency.
Faculty: Teachers were highly qualified; all are IIT passouts. The course is relevant, and of course, it makes us industry-ready. The difficulty level is average. 33 percent is the pass percentage. Semester exams are held in May and December. Teachers were fully helpful regarding studies or scope.
Other: This course will provide me with more opportunities in the future.

The placement rate is 100% and it doesn't depend on your CGPA.
Placements: Percentage doesn't matter here. All students get internship and placements. Many food companies come at Sharda University like Pepsi, Coca-Cola, Dominos, Priya gold and Dabur come here for placements.
Best food and technology companies come here and there is 100% placement. The companies give packages between 3 Lacs to 7.3 Lacs.
Infrastructure: All faculty is good. Classrooms are very good. There is a best library available in the Sharda University. Sharda's structure is very nice in India.
Faculty: Teaching quality is very good. Notes provided by the college is very helpful along with PPT and PDFs. Mid semester exam is normal, but end semester exam is tough, but paper is almost good for students.
Course curriculum is totally based on industry standards. Faculty speaks In Hindi and English. Sometimes students don't understand the notes.
Other: My course is good and it's better for placements.

College is very good and environment is pure.
Placements: The placement cell here is very active, and they bring in good companies for recruitment. The average package offered is around 4 to 5 lakhs. About 60 percent of the students get internships and are placed after graduation.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are good and well maintained, including every AC in class. The labs are good, and the equipment is available for practical work. Research is also done here. The cafeteria is well built and serves affordable, diverse, and delicious food and drinks. Wifi is available on every floor.
Faculty: The teachers are very experienced and they interact with students after college to clear up any doubts. They focus on all students equally and are always available to answer questions, even after hours. They even guide us for interviews.

Satisfied with faculty and teaching is minimal, dissatisfied with lab facilities.
Placements: For placements, student need to look for their dream companies and then give their details to placement cell. The placement cell will then contact them and try to place them. The seniors were good, they were helpful and interactive with juniors. Departmental Freshers are held to interact with seniors and faculty members.
Infrastructure: Teachers provide learning facilities as they can. However, the lab facilities can be improved. Library is good enough and contains all relevant books of the course. Wi-Fi is stable.
Faculty: The faculty is best, knowledgeable and helpful. Exams are held on schedule according to the academic calendar. Curriculum of master's in food science can be improved so that the syllabus can be completed on time. More industrial visit and internship should be offered.
Other: M.Sc. food Science and technology is a good course in terms of industrial course and the subjects can be enjoyed in class.

Sharda University is good for B.Tech.
Placements: 50-60% students get placed in food Science and technology course. But placement is purely dependent on the knowledge you have. Mainly moon beverages, Varun beverages, and many more industries come to college for the placements.
4-5 LPA package is offered to students.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college is wall maintained and the classrooms are fully air conditioned. Sharda university also provides hostel accommodation. The fee of hostel depends on the room requirements. Hostels are also well maintained. For international students, different hostels are available.
Faculty: Teachers are well educated and are also helpful. Teachers have good amount of knowledge for their subjects they teach. Teachers provide PPTs and study material for their particular subject. Pass percentage is 33%, this number of marks is required to qualify the exams.

Placements: There were no placements as such. Only private lab recruitment occurred, with expected low salaries. However, the internships provided valuable experience. I completed two internships during my course, one in Ballistics and another in the Forensic Biology and Serology division.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college, campus, and hostel is impressive, with many facilities. Wi-Fi is available in both the college and hostel with excellent speed. The library is peaceful and conducive to studying. Classrooms and labs are air-conditioned.
Faculty: Exams are conducted on schedule, and numerous events and fests are organized to allow students to explore various fields. The semester exams are quite challenging, but the questions are related to the material covered in class.
