SRM University Sonepat MBA/PGDM Eligibility & Highlights 2025

SRM University Sonepat MBA is a two-year MBA course offered in eight major specialisations. Finance & Accounting, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, International Business, Operation Management, Marketing & Digital Marketing, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, etc. are the MBA specialisations offered by the University.

SRM University Sonepat MBA admission is based on scores in multiple entrance exams. SRMHCAT or SRM University Delhi-NCR Sonepat Haryana Common Aptitude Test, is an in-house entrance exam conducted by SRM University. The university also accepts national-level entrance exams such as CAT/ NMAT/ CMAT/ GMAT/ MAT/ XAT. Candidates must make sure to qualify for the entrance exams to get admission to the MBA course. However, before applying qualify for the MBA eligibility criteria which is as follows:

Eligibility: Bachelor's degree (minimum of 3 years) with at least 50% aggregate in the qualifying examination is required to apply for the MBA course.

A great environment for future leaders.

Placements: SRMUH has a placement rate of 70 - 80 % as many students who are from business families use their academic learning in their respective business only. For placements, recruiters such as Xebia, Cognizant etc. Comes usually. I my self bagged placement in cognizant for 6.75 LPA. They helped us to get summer internship as well .

Infrastructure: My room at SRMUH hostel was well-equipped with AC, geyser, 24 hour power back up and also we have gym and indoor games. We also had male and female physicians visiting us on regular basis. We had house keeping staff available for hostel rooms, mess it self is clean and hygienic and healthy food was served.

Faculty: We used to have online lectures due to COVID19 but professors in SRMUH are very dedicated towards their students, they always cleared our doubts within the lecture period and never refused to help even after lecture hours. Well designed assignment s and mock case studies helped us in better understanding of the syllabus. They also guided us to develop soft skills for our personal development along with ensuring academic excellence.

Other: I was always fascinated with the management field, I wanted to pursue MBA as it gives a great exposure and skills for relevant field. We were given many opportunities to learn and grow but due to Covid 19 I miss the annual fest, fresher and many charms of college life.

Completely satisfied and happy to be a part of SRMUH and cherish these memories forever.

Placements: Almost 95% of the students in my batch were placed with good salary packages. The highest package for our batch was 12 LPA, the average was 5.11 LPA and the lowest package was 2.8 LPA. Top recruiting companies for MBA students are TCS, IBM, Swiggy, Extramarks, Amazon etc. 100% of the students got an internship opportunity in my batch. Some of them were paid and some were unpaid. The top role offered to us were management trainee, Sales Executive and Marketing Assistant.

Infrastructure: SRMUH has one of the best infrastructures in Delhi. With excellent amenities and services for the students, they have traditional as well as an e-library, a Wi-Fi-campus with good connectivity and classrooms are also very spacious and hygienic. Amazing and very delicious food is available in the college's hostel and the quality is also very good. They use high quality ingredients and items for food preparation.

Faculty: The faculty members are extremely helpful and way too supportive. They support and motivate you throughout the session and are always available for help. Faculty members clear all your doubts and confusions and they are always available to assist the students with all sorts of activities required to ease out students and clear their confusions.

Other: I chose to do an MBA because I wanted to be a management professional. The best part about the course was the industry-oriented curriculum and practical exposure. I don't think that there could be anything better than this for MBA students. Cultural nights and SRMUH events are really worth the experience.
