I had one of the best experiences as a student.
Placements: The small-batch helps in having one-to-one consultation with the professors. The college claims to have a 100% placement record. The institute has accreditation from various national and international organisations, like UN Global Compact, FCU, Business Graduate Association, Association of Indian Management Schools etc.
Infrastructure: The college has all the facilities. But due to the pandemic, our batch has online classes. If ever a student missed a class, they could watch the recorded lectures on the portal. We are given study materials and e-books, which helped us a lot.
Faculty: One of the best things about Athena is exposure. Even during this pandemic, the curriculum is adaptable to the current situation. The international faculty too helped us understand the global economy. The faculty are highly qualified. The professors are very helpful.

Highly satisfied with the faculty members and their teaching.
Placements: A good number of candidates got placed in various companies. With routine mock interview rounds and group discussions, it was pretty easy to crack the interview rounds, but what mattered the most was cracking the aptitude test, which I believe is an individual take.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and course were quite diverse, involving expert calls from various domains wherever required. I feel blessed to be a part of this institute, where all the basic requirements were available at arm's length. The rent was also quite decent on a sharing basis.
Faculty: The faculty members are easily approachable wherever we require expert guidance. The faculty members are from diverse backgrounds having profound experience in their respective domains and area of teaching. They used various methods of imparting their teachings, one of them being case studies.
Other: It's an individual perception, however in my opinion, every activity is conducted, cultural and non-cultural, and most importantly, the global sessions in the periodic phase, played a very important role in the overall development of the candidate.

The college provides global exposure and multiple internships.
Placements: Athena School of Management has an outstanding record of placements. They give 100% placement assistance. As the batch size is small, the students get placed in various MNCs across Mumbai. The highest package offered is around 12 LPA, while the lowest package is 5 LPA, and the average package is between 7 to 8 LPA. Athena has a unique characteristic when it comes to internships. Each student gets a chance to do at least one internship every semester in various MNCs across the world.
Infrastructure: Due to the pandemic, our classes of the batch 2020-22 were conducted online. We started learning with a new mode of learning, and it is managed pretty well by our coordinators. In case a student misses any lecture, he/she could watch it on the online portal provided by the college. We were given e-books which were very convenient to study because its hassle-free rather than studying from books. We were also provided with study materials by each faculty. We also did various live projects with different international business schools across the globe. The placement training is provided to help us gain confidence through which we were capable of cracking interviews with ease. Despite new online learning, we were well-nourished and nurtured by the grace of our college.
Faculty: As I am a marketing student, the knowledge I could gain from my faculty was exquisite. All our faculty members were specialised in their respective fields, and we were given real-time case studies that provided knowledge and experience of the current market. Our doubts were solved at the end of each lecture. There are 4 semesters, each containing 6 subjects. The difficulty level depends upon the ability of students to analyse the concepts learned from faculty members. Students have to score an average of 70% to secure a job in a reputed organisation.
Other: I chose PGPM from Athena School of Management because the batch size is small, and the faculty members can give personalized attention to the students. Deserving students get scholarships ranging between 1-3 Lacs. We were given courses to complete from universities like Harvard, Georgia Tech, and many more. Our batch couldn't enjoy Rotaract physical activities and outings due to the pandemic, but the future batches will be able to. Despite the pandemic, we were able to make new friends across India from different states and cultures in online meetings. We bonded over various sports club and cultural club activities. The curriculum is unique.
