There are certain clarifications the Delhi University decided to make regarding the e-registration by releasing a notice on its official website i.e. du.ac.in.
Considering the ongoing nationwide lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Delhi University launched an online portal to help students register for DU May – June 2020 semester examination. While the information regarding the commencement of e-registration for semester exams came out via an official notice published by the EDP Cell Examination Branch of University. There are certain clarifications the Delhi University decided to make regarding the e-registration by releasing a notice on its official website i.e. du.ac.in.
In the revised notification, Delhi University clarified that the students who have already submitted forms physically in the colleges also need to fill up / update the examination form. There is no exception. The university wrote various points to help students register for the May-June semester exam. DU’s revised notification regarding the e-registration for the semester exam states, “The following clarifications are issued regarding filling up of Examination Form”
- All the students need to fill up the Examination form using the Student portal.
- Students who have already submitted forms physically in the colleges also need to fill up / Update the examination form;
- Students who have already paid the examination fees need not pay again.
- Students who have not paid the examination fees need to pay on the college portal online or physically at the college after lockdown is lifted.
- Respective Colleges / Deptt. / Faculty will verify the forms of their students.
- The last date for submission of Examination forms using the portal is May 15, 2020.
Students who are supposed to appear for the May – June Semester Exams 2020 for various undergraduate and postgraduate level programmes, are advised to complete the online application process at the earliest. The last date to submit the exam registration form is May 15, 2020. In order to register for the exams, students have to visit the official website of the University of Delhi i.e. du.ac.in.
