Delhi University invites students and teachers to attend a webinar on 'Mental Health and Well-Being during the COVID Pandemic'. The outbreak of the novel coronavirus followed by multiple nationwide lockdowns imposed to contain the virus spread ruptured the academic activities. Suspended lectures, closed campus, postponed exams, delayed results and the sudden introduction of the online teaching-learning process created a lot of psychological and emotional stress on everyone. While some students are worried about their plans to study abroad, others are depressed about the delayed academic year and placements.
The rapid spread of the novel coronavirus affected minds differently. In order to address these people and help them cope up amid these difficult times, DU's Department of Social Work is organizing a webinar on 'Mental Health and Well-Being during the Covid Pandemic' on Friday, 15th May 2020 from 11 am-12.30 pm.
The University published an official notice on its web portal i.e. du.ac.in to inform about the webinar. The notice reads, 'The Webinar will include the following sessions by two highly esteemed guests'
