According to the official reports, the event of MoU signing with NIFT Kangra was conducted in the Centre of Advanced Textile Studies (CATS) Building at NIFT campus, Kangra.

Dr B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology (NIT), Jalandhar, inked a pact with the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Kangra, and Jawaharlal Nehru Government Engineering College (GEC), Sundernagar. Professor L K Awasthi, Director, Dr B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar, signed these memoranda of Understandings (MoUs) with the Akash Dewangan (IRS), Director, National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Kangra, and Professor SP Guleria, Principal, Jawaharlal Nehru Government Engineering College (GEC), Sundernagar, with an aim to assist and help in design curriculum, training, research and skill development, organise workshops, seminars, conferences (online and offline) on emerging issues related to mental health and well-being of youth based on the mutual discussion.

According to the official reports, the event of MoU signing with NIFT Kangra was conducted in the Centre of Advanced Textile Studies (CATS) Building at NIFT campus, Kangra. Meanwhile, NIFT is all set to conduct its entrance exam, i.e. NIFT 2021 on February 14. According to the reports, the institute has already released the admit cards for the entrance examination. Candidates who are supposed to appear for the entrance exam can access their NIFT 2021 admit cards by logging into the official portal of the institute. NIFT admit card contains important details such as candidate’s name, NIFT roll number, examination centre, exam timings and exam-day guidelines. The NIFT exam 2021 will be conducted in 32 cities in pen-and-paper mode at the designated examination centres. A COVID-19 negative report is a must to carry while appearing for NIFT 2021.
