Different companies offered different job profiles to hire students from campus as per their demands. The packages that are offered depend upon various factors like experience, background and location. An FMCG company offering a sales profile to a fresher in Jaipur may not offer the same package to a sales trainee in Bengaluru.
The college tries its best to negotiate over the packages offered and after analysing all the factors and comparing them with the market rates, they pick up the best for their students.
Despite the ratio of fresher’s being high, the college does its best to get equally exciting and versatile offers for the students with work experience. Although students having industry experience are also eligible to sit for the fresher’s profile unless an exception is made by the company itself.
Once a student is placed, he/ she is free from the placement process and can join the company as per the joining date. If the joining comes during the college days, that particular student gets relieved from the college.
Later, even after joining a company, the students stay in touch with the college for their guidance and mentorship and they get the appropriate support as well.
