Sainik School application 2020 re-opens only for girl students

Sainik School Society has released Sainik School application form 2020 only for girl students for admission to Sainik Schools at Bijapur (Karnataka), Chandrapur (Maharashtra), Ghorakal (Uttarakhand), Kodagu (Karnataka) and Kalikiri (Andhra Pradesh). Girl students who wish to take admission to Sainik School in class 6 or 9 can apply online. The last date to apply for Sainik school admission 2020 is December 6, 2019.

Sainik School Society had, earlier, concluded the application process for the All India Sainik School Entrance Exam (AISSEE) on October 31, 2019. AISSEE 2020 will be held on January 5, 2020.

Here’s how girls can apply for Sainik school admission:

• Visit the official website at sainikschooladmission.in
• Click on the link to fill the application form
• Upload photograph and signature and other documents
• Pay the AISSEE 2020 application fees and submit the form
• Take a printout of the form and secure it for future

AISSEE 2020 Application Fee and Exam Pattern

The registration fee for AISSEE is Rs 400 for General category and Defence category candidates and Rs 250 for SC, ST category candidates.

The entrance exam will be OMR-based. The maximum marks for AISSEE 2020 class 6 entrance test are 300 and for class 9 entrance test are 400.

Sainik School society began admitting girl students from the year 2018. Prior to that, only boys were allowed to study in these schools.
