Students who have completed their XII examination in any stream from a recognized board or equivalent thereto with a minimum of 50 percent marks (45 percent for SC/ST/BC) are eligible to apply for this course.

Certificate in NTT: This is an advanced course that teaches aspirants the useful phases such as the significance of play and instructional strategies that prepare the aspirants effectually to enter the nursery teaching industry. Students who have completed their XII examination in any stream from a recognized board or equivalent thereto with a minimum of 50 percent marks (45 per cent for SC/ST/BC) are eligible to apply for this course.

PG Diploma in NTT: This advanced course is for individuals aiming to build or advance their careers in teaching young children. It helps learners develop expertise in field and effectively teach nursery students. Candidates who have passed their Class XII examination in any stream from a recognized board or its equivalent with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/BC) are eligible to apply.

Admission to the above NTT courses is based either on merit (marks obtained in the board examination) or is based on merit cum entrance exam conducted by the respective institutes/colleges. Some colleges/institutes also conduct personal interviews as a part of the admission process.
