‘Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I Learn.' These words seem to be the echo that resounds in every corner of SAMS. The veracity of this saying is nowhere better illustrated than in the classrooms of SAMS because they are learner-centric. The thrust has always been on two-way communication: a process of building partnerships between the learner and the learned. It can be said that learning is no longer sacrosanct to be masticated in a sanctuary of classrooms and libraries. In fact, SAMS can boast of 'classrooms without walls' as learning happens on field-based innovative research projects and educational trips.

Turning the time machine back to nursery days, one sees a little seed of an establishment sprouting, flourishing and blooming into a completely mature verdure plant. Completing 15 years in 2022, as it steps into its mature years, one finds it branching out in all spheres of holistic development of an individual, taking pride in providing a socially relevant and innovative curriculum, an out-of-the-box ideating platform for growth, and youthful energy to its students and faculty. It nurtures interdisciplinary and competency exchanges in the form of interdepartmental research and outreach programmes.

Under the guidance of Gaurav Gupta, the Director currently the academy is successfully running three programmes- BAMC, MAMC AND PGDRA which are performing exceptionally well.

Seminars, workshops and extension lectures are capable of keeping the students updated about the latest innovations in their respective fields and also the way to provide exposure to young researchers. Keeping in mind the importance of seminars and workshops, SAMS conducts such activities on regular basis by inviting eminent personalities from the field of education. The academy is equipped with a seminar hall which possesses the latest audio and visual equipment for the presentations.

SAMS has well-equipped air-conditioned Audio Labs, Video Labs and TV Production studios with high-quality professional-grade and the latest media software. The studio is supported by the most recent altering programming, Elevated monitor, Sound Control center, speakers, high-grade proficient receivers, Lapel mics, earphones, intensifiers and so forth various DSLR cameras and excellent computerized cameras are a unique component of the Photograph Lab.

At SAMS, we always believe in equipping our students with the right talent and personality to face the industry requirements. Our attention is on making new ways to deal with the draw in the best from the business to our grounds. The Position and Preparing Cell capabilities with the essential point of setting understudies in first-rate organizations even before the course consummation and further gives sufficient chances to the understudies to foster their character by leading projects routinely in correspondence and delicate abilities with the perspective on preparing understudies Industry-accommodating and Industry applicants.
