The authorities will determine the qualifying marks that will be required for admissions through CG PET. It is to be noted that the CG PET qualifying marks will be different for every category. According to the eligibility criteria, candidates from the General category are required to have an aggregate marks of 45% in 12th standard or equivalent qualifying examination to apply for CG PET. No. The CG PET application fee is not refundable. If the candidates have registered for the exam and do not attempt the paper, then they will not be eligible for any refunds. Yes. The candidates will be able to attempt CG PET in Hindi or English. The paper will be available in both mediums for the candidates at the examination centre. However, no other language will be available for CG PET. If the candidates face any problems related to the language medium, then they can ask for help from the invigilators at the exam centre. CG PET will be held as a pen-and-paper-based test and the candidates will have to answer objective multiple-choice questions.

CG PET 2025 application form will be released online at vyapam.cgstate.gov.in. Candidates will be able to access the application link online and no other mode of application will be accepted by the authorities. The final date to fill out and submit the CG PET 2025 application form will be announced soon. No applications will be accepted after the final date. While filling out the application form, the candidates will have to provide all of their personal, academic, and contact details. No. Candidates will not be able to fill out the CG PET application form offline. To participate in the entrance exam, the candidates will have to submit the CG PET application form online. Candidates will have to upload scanned documents in the CG PET application. A recent colour passport-size photograph has to be uploaded by the candidates along with their signature. It is to be noted that the signature should be done on a white background. Both documents have to be uploaded successfully for the application form to be submitted. If the candidates are not able to upload their documents in the application form, then they should immediately contact the authorities.

All candidates will be required to pay the CG PET application fee to participate in the examination and admission process. For objections against the model answer key, the candidates will have to log in with the required credentials.

The authorities will release the CG PET result online. Candidates will have to visit the official website and click on the link to access the result of CG PET. No other mode will be used to declare the result of CG PET. The scores and ranks obtained in the entrance examination will be released through the CG PET result. The tie-breaking guidelines will be followed by the authorities if two or more candidates secure the same score in CG PET. The first  preference will be given to those candidates who have scored higher in Mathematics. If the tie still persists, then the candidate with higher marks in Physics will be allotted a higher rank. If the tie has not broken, then the candidate with higher marks in Chemistry will be given a higher rank. If the candidates have secured the same marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry sections, then the candidate who is older in age will be given preference. Yes. The candidates will have to pay INR 50 for each objections against the model CG PET answer key. All candidates will have to check the correct responses through the CG PET answer key and raise the objections within the final date alloted by the authorities. Along with the objections, the candidates will have to provide their personal details and proof/justification. If the objections are submitted without any proof, then it will not be accepted. 

Yes. The authorities will prepare and release the list of CG PET 2025 toppers online. The detailed information of the top 10 rankers will be available online at the official website. Along with the names of the toppers, the marks obtained in the examination will also be available. In the case of two or more candidates secure the same marks, the authorities will follow the tie-breaking rules. In the previous year exam, Vedant Kumar Saha, Kalash Jain and Anshal Shukla secured the top 3 ranks, respectively.

Before downloading the CG PET result, the candidates are advised to check all of the present details. In case of any mistakes in the result, the candidates are advised to contact the authorities immediately. However it is to be noted, that the authorities will not accept requests for changes in the scores and ranks allotted to the candidates. Other personal details may be open to corrections. No. CG PET counselling process will be held online by the authorities of CPEB. To participate in the CG PET counselling process, the candidates will have to register and fill out their details online and pay the application fee through net banking/credit card/debit card. The selection of choices for colleges and courses also has to be done online. The authorities will announce the CG PET seat allotment result online and the candidates will be able to check their status by logging in using the required credentials. 

The authorities will release the rank-wise dates for the document verification in the CG PET counselling process. The registered candidates will have to physically report to their allotted centres as per their ranks for the verification of documents. All required original documents along with photocopies have to be submitted for verification. After the documents are verified, the candidates will be provided with a receipt and an acknowledgement slip.
