The application form for REAP 2025 can only be accessed online through the official website. Prospective candidates seeking admission to BE/BTech and BArch programs in Rajasthan must complete the REAP application form 2025 and the college choice form to be considered for seat allotment. The REAP 2025 registration process entails the payment of the application cum registration fee, completion of the online application cum registration form, and upload of necessary documents. Once the application process is finalized, candidates can proceed to fill out the college choice form.

Applicants must complete the REAP 2025 application form before filling out the college choice form. They have the option to select multiple choices of colleges in order of preference. Amendments can be made to the online college choice form until the "Submit/Lock" button is pressed. Once the form is submitted, no further modifications can be made. Upon successful submission of the college choice form, applicants will receive a confirmation email or message at their registered email address or mobile number. It is crucial to obtain printouts or hard copies only after the final submission of the college choice form.

The tentative REAP 2025 merit list is drawn and published on the official website for candidates to review. Seat allocation will be determined based on candidates' positions in the REAP merit list. The list is compiled using a variety of prioritization and admission criteria. Candidates shall be allowed to send objections against the tentative merit list. After the objections are reviewed, changes, if any are made and the final REAP merit list is released.

The allocation of seats in REAP 2025 counselling will be based on candidates' merit positions in the REAP 2025 merit list. Candidates included in the REAP merit list will be assigned seats according to their merit rank, category, and preferences. The REAP seat allotment result 2025 can be checked on the official website. Candidates who have been allocated seats can opt for upward movement to secure a better allotment in subsequent rounds of REAP counselling. Upon satisfactory allotment, candidates must report to the allotted institute to confirm their admission.

Candidates allotted seats via the REAP 2025 counselling have to report to the allotted institute to complete the admission process. Note that allotment of sear doesn't guarantee admission. candidates have to complete the final admission process by reporting to the allotted college.

Candidates shall carry the following documents at the time of reporting to the allotted institute:

1. Printout of provisional seat allotment letter taken from the REAP 2025 web portal using their login details. Candidate should paste their recent colour photographs on the Application cum Registration form with one additional coloured photograph with them.
2. Aadhar Card / Aadhar Acknowledgement Receipt if available
3. Class X (High School) Board Mark sheet / Certificate as proof of date of birth
4. Rank obtained in JEE (Mains) 2025 / NATA 2025 (if applicable)
5. Mark sheet of class 12th (for Subjects) or DVoc
6. Certificate of category (SC/ST/OBC/MBC/ EWS/TSP), issued by the competent authority (if applicable)
7. Undertaking by OBC/MBC in the required format (for non-creamy layer)
8. Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PwD), (if applicable)
9. Certificate for Ex-Servicemen, (if applicable)
10. Domicile certificate of (if applicable)
11. Income Certificate (The financial year 2024-25) in the prescribed format of the State Government (if applicable)
12. Medical Fitness Certificate
13. Fee to be deposited at the Institute
