Overview

REAP 2026 Dates: The Centre for Electronic Governance (CEG) has released REAP 2026 dates. The online REAP counselling 2026 will consist of eight rounds. Rounds 1 to 3 are specifically for Tuition Fees Waiver Scheme (TFWS) candidates. Rounds 4 and 5 accommodate out-of-Rajasthan state candidates, Kashmiri Migrants (KM), persons with special abilities, and Ex-Servicemen dependent on Rajasthan domicile. Rounds 6 to 8 cater to Rajasthan state candidates. The schedule for all rounds is now available on this page below.

REAP 2026 Choice Filling Dates

The REAP 2026 application and choice filling forms are made accessible on the official website. To register, candidates must pay the required fee, complete the online form, and upload necessary documents. Participation in the choice filling process specifically requires prior counselling registration using a JEE Main 2026 roll number. While most registration data is automatically pulled from the NTA database via this roll number, applicants are still required to enter certain details manually before they can finalise their college preferences.

Q:   Do I have to clear JEE Mains to appear in REAP exam?
A: 
Generally, admission is offered to students who appeared for JEE Mains on the basis of JEE rank or you can also take admission on the basis of class 12th marks. In May, the notification is released for REAP exam so then you can appear for the exam.
Q:   What is the eligibility criteria to apply for REAP?
A: 

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics / Mathematics / Chemistry / Computer Science / Electronics / Information Technology / Biology / Informatics Practices / Biotechnology / Technical Vocational subject / Agriculture / Engineering Graphics / Business Studies / Entrepreneurship.
Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.


OR

Passed DVoc Stream (NCrF level 4) in the same or allied sector. (The Universities will offer suitable bridge courses such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering drawing, etc., for the students coming from diverse backgrounds to prepare a level playing field and desired learning outcomes of the programme).

REAP Counselling 2026 Merit List Release Date

The REAP 2026 merit list process begins with the publication of a tentative list on the official website for candidate review. Applicants have the opportunity to submit objections if they find discrepancies; after these are reviewed and any necessary corrections are applied, the final merit list is released. Ultimately, seat allocation is determined by this final ranking along with several other qualifying factors.

BE/BTech REAP merit list will be prepared based on JEE Main 2026 result, and the BArch merit list will be prepared based on JEE Main 2026 paper 2 / NATA 2026.

Basis of admissions

Priority

JEE Main 2026 rank

Candidates with JEE Main 2026 percentile 20 and above shall be given first priority in the REAP merit list. The candidates with JEE Main 2026 percentile less then 20 will be included in priority 2 or 3.

Percentile obtained in class 12th

The second priority will be given to the class 12 percentile marks. Candidates who are obtained in priority 1, will not be considered here.

Percentage obtained in DVoc in Engineering & Technology approved courses by the state government.

The candidates with DVoc qualifications will be given third priority while preparing the REAP merit list.

REAP 2026 Seat Allotment Date

REAP 2026 seat allotment dates are pending announcement. Once live, registered candidates can view their results on the official website via their login credentials. Since no entrance exam is held, seats are assigned based on a merit list derived from JEE Main ranks and Class 12 scores. Upon allotment, applicants must either confirm their seat by reporting to the institute or apply for upward movement to seek an upgrade. Failure to confirm admission by the deadline will result in automatic cancellation of the allotted seat.

REAP Counselling Reporting Date 2026

Candidates allotted seats via the REAP 2026 counselling have to report to the allotted institute to complete the admission process. Note that allotment of seat doesn't guarantee admission. candidates have to complete the final admission process by reporting to the allotted college.

Candidates shall carry the following documents at the time of reporting to the allotted institute:

  1. Printout of provisional seat allotment letter taken from the REAP 2026 web portal using their login details. Candidate should paste their recent colour photographs on the Application cum Registration form with one additional coloured photograph with them.
  2. Aadhar Card / Aadhar Acknowledgement Receipt if available
  3. Class X (High School) Board Mark sheet / Certificate as proof of date of birth
  4. Rank obtained in JEE Mains 2026 / NATA 2026 (if applicable)
  5. Mark sheet of class 12th (for Subjects) or DVoc
  6. Certificate of category (SC/ST/OBC/MBC/ EWS/TSP), issued by the competent authority (if applicable)
  7. Undertaking by OBC/MBC in the required format (for non-creamy layer)
  8. Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PwD), (if applicable)
  9. Certificate for Ex-Servicemen, (if applicable)
  10. Domicile certificate of (if applicable)
  11. Income Certificate in the prescribed format of the State Government (if applicable)
  12. Medical Fitness Certificate
  13. Fee to be deposited at the Institute
