Social media platforms including Twitter are flooding with students’ demand to cancel CBSE, ICSE board exams or conduct them via online mode.

Cancel CBSE ICSE Board Exams 2022: Amid the declining cases of the COVID-19 pandemic situation, CBSE 10th, CBSE 12th, ICSE and ISC board exams have been scheduled to be conducted via offline mode. However, the students across the nation are not happy with the decision. Social media platforms including Twitter are flooding with students’ demand to cancel CBSE, ICSE board exams or conduct them via online mode.

Demanding cancellation of the upcoming board exams 2021-22, students of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and the Council for the Indian School Certificate Exams (CISCE) have started an online petition. According to the posts and tweets, CBSE and CISCE students demand that the upcoming class 10 and class 12 board exams should either be canceled or held online.

The latest update on the conduct of CBSE 10th and CBSE 12th exams stated that the Board has decided that the term 1 exams will be held in offline mode in November. The CISCE also stated that the upcoming ICSE and ISC board exams will be held in pen and paper mode only. Schools across the nation were closed since March 2020. However, with the decreasing cases of the novel coronavirus, various states have started reopening schools following COVID-19 protocols and precautionary against novel coronavirus spread. Stating that students across the nation are not vaccinated against COVID-19, CBSE and CISCE students are demanding cancellation of the Board Exams.
