GSEB HSC Result 2020 for General Stream to release soon, check details here

Students who appeared for the GSEB HSC Board Exams 2020 must know that the result, when released, can be checked on the official site of GSEB i.e. gseb.org.in. 

Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, GSEB is yet to release GSEB HSC Result 2020 for General stream. Earlier, it was expected that GSEB will release the GSEB HSC Result 2020 for the general stream on May 25, 2020. However, this didn’t happen. The outbreak of the novel coronavirus followed by multiple nationwide lockdowns imposed by the government in order to control the virus spread delayed the evaluation process of the board exam answer sheets which led to the postponement of the results.

Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, GSEB already released GSEB HSC Result 2020 for Science Stream. The board is now expected to release HSC Result for General Stream on gseb.org.in as well as the GSEB 10th Results 2020. However, there is no update from the board on the declaration date of the same.

In 2019, GSEB released the general stream results on May 25. However, this year the results are delayed due to the pandemic and the consequent lockdowns. The board has not yet announced the date for the GSEB HSC result 2020 for Arts and Commerce streams as yet.

According to the source, GSEB is planning to release GSB HSC Results 2020 for the general stream by the end of May. The reports also suggest that the board would notify about the declaration of the result in the evening before the same is to be announced.

Students and parents are advised to monitor the official website of GSEB i.e. gseb.org.in. The results and the latest notification about the date would be announced on the official website itself.

The Board released the GSEB HSC Science Results 2020 on May 17. According to the data released by the Board, a total of 1.40 lakh candidates appeared for the science stream examinations and the pass percentage of 71.34% was recorded this year. The topper – Neha, scored 91.42% marks. Surat recorded the best result in terms of maximum A1 grades and Rajkot had the best overall GSEB HSC Science Result 2020.
