HBSE 12th Results 2020: How apply for HBSE 12th Re-evaluation, Recheck & Photocopy of Answer sheet?

After the declaration of the results, the Haryana Board will commence the application process for the revaluation and recheck. Check details below. 

HBSE 12th Result 2020: The Haryana Board of School Education (HBSE) is all set to declare the HBSE 12^th Results 2020 on their official website today i.e. July 21. Students who appeared for the HBSE 12th Board Exams 2020 can check their results by visiting the board’s official website i.e. bseh.org.in. After the declaration of the HBSE 12th results, the Haryana Board will begin the application process for the revaluation and rechecking. Looking at the past trend, students need to pay certain amount of fees in order to apply for re-evaluation and rechecking with a span of 20 days after the declaration of the HBSE 10th Results 2020. 

HBSE 12^th Results 2020 Revaluation & Rechecking

Students who would not be satisfied with their marks can apply for revaluation or rechecking of their HBSE Class 12 examination answer sheets. Students can apply for re-evaluation through the official website of HBSE i.e. bseh.org.in. Candidates applying for re-evaluation must note that they need to pay a certain amount of fees to proceed with their re-evaluation and rechecking application. 

How to apply for HBSE Class 12 Result 2020 revaluation?

Students can apply for revaluation or rechecking following the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Visit the official website of HBSE i.e. bseh.org.in

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the revaluation/ rechecking link

Step 3: Select your class and enter your roll number as mentioned on HBSE 12^th Admit Card 2020

Step 4: Enter the captcha code and click on ‘Submit’

Step 5: You will be directed to the payment gateway

Step 6: Make the required payment to complete the application

HBSE Class 12 Result 2020: Rechecking & Revaluation fees

In order to process the re-evaluation and re-checking application, students need to pay a certain amount of fees. Meanwhile, the HBSE commenced the marks verification process for HBSE 10th Results 2020. According to the official notice released by the Board for HBSE 10th Re-evaluation and Rechecking process, “Re-check fee is fixed as Rs 250 per answer book. The Re-checking form with the prescribed fee should reach the Board office within 20 days from the declaration of result.” It appears that the Board will decided the fees amount for Class 12 on these ground only. In order to get an idea regarding the fee, HBSE 12th Students can check the complete fee structure set by the Haryana Board for HBSE 10^th Results 2020 Revaluation and Recheck in the table given below:

The revaluation notice released by the Board for Class 10 states, “ After the re-evaluation if there is an increase of marks or more in any subject, in such a case Rs. 500/- will be refunded out Of Rs. 1000/- and 400/- will be refunded out of Rs. 800/- taken as revaluation fee. If there is an increase of even one mark in any subject in re-evaluation, it will be added to the total of that subject. Similarly, if marks are decreased /reduced during re-evaluation, the result will remain the same as declared earlier.”

The notice further reads, “If there is an increase/decrease of more than 10% marks in any subject in revaluation, that answer book will be sent to the third examiner for further re-evaluation and in that case an average of the marks given by the second and the third examiner will be given according to the set rules and regulations of the Board.”

How to obtain Photocopy of HBSE 12th Results 2020 Answer Sheet?

In case students are not satisfied with the re-totaling, the second step is to apply for a photocopy of their answer sheets. Only those students can apply for photocopy of their answer sheet who requested for re-totalling earlier. The photocopy of the answer sheet is shared by the Board in the image form online. Students can check their answers and tally their marks according to the HBSE 12th assessment scheme.
