JAC Class 10 and class 12 results are delayed due to the COVID-19 lockdown imposed in order to contain the deadly novel coronavirus.

Jharkhand Academic Council has JAC Results 2020 for various classes in the pipeline due to the COVID-19 lockdown imposed in order to contain the deadly novel coronavirus. According to the reports JAC 10^th and JAC 12^th board exam results are expected to be delayed this year.

The reports suggest that the evaluation process of the JAC class 10 and JAC class 12 answer sheets are underway. Once the evaluation process is complete, the board would announce the JAC 10^th results 2020 and JAC 12^th Results 2020. Students who are waiting for the Jharkhand Board results 2020 must know that the Board will publish the results on its official website i.e. jacresults.com.

According to the media reports the Board will announce this year’s result after the lockdown ends, i.e. after May 31. However, the Board has not announced this officially. As many as 5 lakh students appeared for JAC 10th exams 2020, while around 3 lakh students appeared for the JAC 12th exams 2020. Meanwhile, the release of the JAC class 9 and class 11 results are also pending. Students waiting for JAC 9^th and JAC 11^th results must know that the board will publish the result on its official website in the result section.

In 2019, JAC released Class 10 Result on May 16, 2019 and the overall pass percentage was 70.77 percent. Also, JAC 12th Result for Science and Commerce streams was announced on May 14 and JAC 12th Result for Arts stream was released on May 21, last year. While the pass percentage for the science stream was 57 percent and the Commerce stream got 70.44 as its pass percent. The overall pass percentage for Arts was 79.97 percent.

JAC facilitates the students by providing an online portal where they can check their results. Follow the steps mentioned below to check JAC 10th Result 2020:

1. Visit the official website at jac.nic.in or jacresults.com.
2. Click on the link provided for JAC 10th result
3. A new portal will open that will require you to enter your roll number or the associated registration details.
4. Click on the submit button after filling the details to view the result. 

How to check JAC Class 10 Result 2020 via SMS

Students can also check the Jharkhand board 10th result 2020 via SMS. For the same, they can follow the steps mentioned below:

• Type JHA10Roll Number and send it to 5676750.
• RESULTJAC10RollCode + RollNumberREGISTRATION NUMBER – Send it to 56263.

JAC 10th Result 2020 will then be sent to the same mobile number.

JAC 12th Result 2020: How to Check

The results of Jharkhand class 12 board exams will be released on the official website of JAC. Students can follow the below-mentioned steps to check online JAC 12th board result:

• Visit the official website of JAC- jacresults.com.
• On the homepage, click on the link provided for JAC Inter Result 2020 as per the stream
• A login window will open on the next screen.
• Enter roll number and roll code in the fields required
• Click on the submit button. JAC 12th result 2020 will open on the screen.
• Save and take a printout of JAC 12th Result 2020 and secure it for future references.

• To get the JAC result for Class 12 through SMS, type a text message ‘RESULT (space) JAC12 (space) Roll Code (space) Roll no.’ 
• Now send it to the specified number: 56263 and the result will be sent as an SMS
