MPBSE 10th, 12th exam pattern 2021 has been revised with 30% reduction in syllabus. Check details below.

The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) has revised the examination pattern for MP Board classes 10 and 12. The State Board has released the blueprints for all subjects for MP Board 10th as well as MP Board 12th. As per the revised MPBSE 10th Exam Pattern and MPBSE 12th Exam Pattern 2021, objective, subjective, and analytical questions have been introduced as part of the question paper. The key change in terms of type or format of questions is the introduction of objective style Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ). Moreover, the State Board has removed all the long format questions and has also reduced the overall length of the answers. In line with the scrapping of long-form questions, maximum marks for any question would be 4.

There will be five subjective questions that will be of three marks each. Of the total 5 subjective questions, students will have to attempt any 3. The word limit for answers for these subjective questions has been defined as 75-100 words.

Moreover, there will be analytical type questions six in number, of which any four will have to be answered by the students. Analytical questions will be of four marks each and students will have to answer them in 125 to 150 words.
