The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) is all set to hold the pending class 10 and 12 examinations soon. According to the reports, the Rajasthan government directed to hold the pending RBSE 10th and RBSE 12th exams by June-end.
The Rajasthan board examinations (RBSE) were postponed due to the COVID-19 lockdown imposed in order to contain the deadly virus. There were speculations that the board might promote all the students of RBSE 10thand RBSE 12th just the way the government promoted the rest of the students. Talking about the importance of conducting board exams, the School education minister Govind Singh Dotasra said, "We need to understand the importance of board exams. Passing class 10 students by grace marks is an option, but it is not justified for students who have studied hard. It will be demotivating for such students. We are waiting till May 17 for the lockdown to be over and will look into the ways through which we can conduct exams while maintaining social distancing."
The reports also suggest that the revised RBSE 10th Date Sheet 2020 and RBSE 12th Date Sheet 2020 of the pending exams will be released in June and exams are expected to be conducted in June-end or July. However, no statement regarding the evaluation of the mark sheet to release RBSE 10th Result 2020 and RBSE 12th Result 2020 is released yet.
