UP Board Exams Results 2020: Evaluation process in red zones to begin May 19 onward

UP Board is all set to begin the class 10 and class 12 evaluation process in the state's red zone areas.

The Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Uttar Pradesh, announced that the evaluation process of Class 10 and Class 12 answer sheets in districts with containment zones i.e. red zone areas will commence from May 19, 2020. On May 5, UP Board announced the commencement of the evaluation work of the UP Board Class10 and Class 12 answer sheets in 20 districts with green zones. Earlier, in a letter addressed to the secretary, Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, or UPMSP, and district commissioners, Aradhana Shukla, principal secretary of UP government’s education department said that evaluation will be skipped in the centres that come under red zones.

The districts with red zones where UP Board 10^th and UP Board 12^thexams answer sheet evaluation will begin on May 19 include:

• Raebareli
• Varanasi
• Bijnor
• Amroha
• Sant Kabir Nagar

• Rampur
• Mathura
• Bareli

UP Board Result 2020 by June End

The outbreak of the novel coronavirus followed by multiple lockdowns resulted in the postponement of the evaluation work of the UP Board class 10 and class 12 board exams answer sheets. The delay in the evaluation process delayed the release of UP Board 10th Result 2020 and UP Board 12th Result 2020. According to the media reports, inter and high school answer sheets will complete by mid-June and the Board may announce the examination results by June-end or in early July. However, no confirmation regarding the same is received by the UPMSP.
