The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has released the schedule for the 2025 Class 12 practical exams, to be held in two phases across various districts.

The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has officially announced the dates for the Class 12 practical exams for the academic year 2025. The practical exams will be conducted in two phases, as per the newly released schedule.

The first phase of the UP board Class 12 practical exams will begin on January 23, 2025, and conclude on January 31, 2025. The exams will take place in the following districts under respective Mandals: Agra, Saharanpur, Bareilly, Lucknow, Jhansi, Chitrakoot, Ayodhya, Azamgarh, Devipatan, and Basti.

The second phase of the UPMSP Class 12 practical exams will be held from February 1 to February 8, 2025, in the Aligarh, Meerut, Moradabad, Kanpur, Prayagraj, Mirzapur, Varanasi, and Gorakhpur Mandals.

UPMSP Pre-Board Practical Exams 2025 Dates

In addition to the practical exam dates, the UPMSP has also released the dates for the pre-board practical exams. The Class 12 pre-board practical exams will take place from January 4 to January 10, 2025, at the school level, under the supervision of the respective school principals. These exams are designed to help students prepare for the main practical exams and are an essential part of the evaluation process.

UP Board Pre-Board Exam 2025 Class 10, 12

The pre-board written exams for both Class 10 and Class 12 students have also been scheduled. According to the official notification, these exams will take place between January 11, 2025, and January 21, 2025, and will be organized by the schools. The pre-board exams are critical for students to gauge their readiness for the upcoming board exams.

Surveillance and Integrity of Exams

To maintain the integrity of the UP board practical exams, the UPMSP has issued clear instructions to all school principals. The board has mandated that the practical exams be conducted under CCTV surveillance. The recorded footage will be stored by the schools and must be made available upon request to ensure the exams are fair and transparent.

This move aims to prevent any malpractice during the practical exams and maintain the sanctity of the examination process. The principals are responsible for ensuring the surveillance is in place and for the safekeeping of the CCTV recordings.

Internal Assessments for High School Practical Exams

As in previous years, the high school practical exams for Class 10 students will be based on internal assessments. These assessments will include project work and other practical activities at the school level. Similarly, the Class 12 practical exams for Moral Education, Yoga, and Physical Education will be based on internal evaluations and will be submitted by the schools.

The marks for high school practical exams, as well as for Moral Education, Yoga, and Physical Education for both Class 10 and Class 12, will be uploaded to the UPMSP website (upmsp.edu.in) by the school principals. The website will be open for uploading these marks from January 10, 2025.

UP Board Important Dates 2025 for Students and Schools

With the UPMSP Class 12 practical exams scheduled in two phases, students are advised to keep track of the dates for their respective districts. The pre-board exams, both written and practical, serve as a crucial preparation tool for students in advance of the final board exams. Schools must ensure all procedures, including surveillance, are strictly followed to maintain a fair examination environment.
