WBBSE Result 2020: Examiners asked to submit answer scripts within 48 hours, result in July

President Kalyanmoy Ganguly revealed that the board is planning to release WBBSE Result 2020 by June-end or in July.

The West Bengal Board of Secondary Examination (WBBSE) directed examiners to submit West Bengal Class 10 answer scripts of Madhyamik (secondary) examinations i.e. within 48 hours. The board advisory released on May 31 reads, “The examiners, who have not yet submitted their allotted answer scripts and marks foil to the concerned head examiners, are instructed to submit the same within 48 hrs from the date of this notification. This must be treated as the most urgent.”

According to the released circular, the head examiners are also instructed to submit their balance marks (scrutinized) to the concerned regional office or to the office of the deputy secretary (examination), Nivedita Bhawan, 3rd Floor, DJ-8, Sector-II, Kolkata – 91, within 48 hrs after receiving the answer scripts and marks foils from the examiners, read the circular.

Meanwhile, President Kalyanmoy Ganguly while talking to a reputed source revealed that the board is planning to release WBBSE Result 2020 by June-end or in July. The President informed, “It will take a month to complete the post-evaluation process, following which the results will be declared. The students can expect it by June-end or in July first week.”

WBBSE Result 2020: How to check

Once declared, the West Bengal Board Class 10 students can check the West Bengal Madhyamik result 2020 through the websites on the Board’s official website i.e. wbbse.org and wb.allresults.nic.in. The WBBSE Result 2020 will also be sent via SMS. Candidates have to type WB10, followed by the roll number and send it to 54242/ 56263/58888.

• Visit the official West Bengal result portal i.e. wbresults.nic.in to check WBBSE Results 2020.
• On the homepage, click on the link indicating ‘West Bengal Madhyamik result 2020’
• Enter Roll, number and date of birth in appropriate fields. The format of DOB should be dd/mm/yyyy.
• Click on the “Submit” button. WB board 10th result 2020 for the entered credentials will open on the screen.
• Students can check their scores. Take a printout or screenshot of the result and keep it safe to use for further references.

WB Madhyamik Result 2020 via SMS

The SMS facility to access WBBSE Results 2020 is also available. After the declaration of West Bengal Madhyamik result 2020, students can also check WB 10th result through SMS by following the steps given below:

• First of all, students will have to create a message in this format: WB 10roll number
• Now, send it to 56070 / 56263
• After receiving the result request, WBBSE sends the detailed result to candidates on the same mobile number.

Around 10.15 lakh students appeared in the WBBSE Madhyamik exam this year that was concluded on February 27. The pending WBCHSE Board Exams 2020 in the state will be conducted on June 29, July 2 and July 6.
