The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore has postponed WT/PI which was scheduled to be conducted from April 1-5, 2020. This has been done by the authorities in order to contain the spread of coronavirus.
Amid the coronavirus outbreak and its rising cases in the country, the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore has postponed the dates for Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI) which was scheduled to be held from April 1-5, 2020.
Both WAT/PI was supposed to be conducted across the centers (Bangalore, Kolkata, Mumbai and Delhi) in April. However, due to the spread of COVID-19 now it is being postponed and fresh dates will soon be announced by the authorities.
The provisional shortlist for WAT/PI has been announced by the authority through online mode and candidates can check their status by entering their CAT 19 registration number and email ID.
The IIM Indore is one of the 20 IIMs established by the government for Management education in India. IIM Indore offers a range of world-class management and executive programmes. The institute is ranked 5 for MBA, by NIRF 2019.
IIM Indore Admission Process 2020
The authorities have also announced the admission criteria for the academic year 2020-22. IIM Indore admission criteria for 2020 include components like shortlists of candidates based on their CAT score, past academic records and gender diversity.
To get admission in IIM Indore one needs to clear the qualifying examination. An aptitude test is also conducted for the admission, the result of which is announced on the official college website.
For admission to Integrated MBA (5-year BBA+MBA) programme IIM Indore conducts Integrated Program in Management Aptitude Test (IPMAT). For aspirants seeking admission in IIM Indore's 5-year BBA+MBA programme, it is mandatory to clear the IPMAT exam.
