IIM Calcutta has announced that the CAT 2024 result has been released. The institute has also released CAT result data which includes state wise toppers – 100 percentilers and 99.99 percentilers. Check here official media release on CAT result 2024.

CAT 2024 result has been announced today. Candidates can download their CAT result 2024 from the iimcat.ac.in website, say the official media release of IIM Calcutta.
IIM Calcutta in the official media release, also shared the data about CAT toppers and other test takers. Among all 2.93 lakh candidates, 14 candidates have scored 100 percentile. This year, only one female candidate has scored 100 percentile. Most of the CAT 100 percentilers are from Engineering background and from Maharashtra.

CAT 2024 Test Taker Data: Category wise break up
Of the 3.29 lakhs candidates, the category wise breakup is as follows:
- General – 67.53%
- EWS - 4.80%
- NC-OBC – 16.91%
- SC – 8.51%
- ST – 2.25%, PwD (across categories) – 0.44%
Of the 2.93 lakhs appeared candidates:
- General – 67.20%
- EWS - 5.09%
- NC-OBC – 17.5%
- SC – 8.08%
- ST – 2.12%,
- PwD (across categories) – 0.41%
