2020-2023 journey in AVC college .
Placements: 50% of students get placed. For 2020-2023 batch, they didn't call any IT companies for campus. Non-IT company like TVS and Lucas only come for placement. The average package for those jobs was 3 Lacs per annum. They didn't provide any internship and workshop opportunities for us.
Infrastructure: Lab facilities are available for our CSE department. There are no Wi-Fi facilities in our college. In our college, library is available but books are in old edition. Canteen has only vegetarian food and its taste is good. Health centre is located in the college.
Faculty: The teachers are very knowledgeable and they are helpful to students. But they have to improve their teaching skills. In our college, they conduct two CIA (internal) exams for each semester. 35% is the pass percentage. In this course, there are six semesters.
Other: I chose this course because I have studied computer Science in my school studies. They want to improve the teaching skills. Because they teach coding like theoretical part. They conduct many events like pongal fest, annual fest etc.

It is a very good college to study in.
Placements: Around 80% of students get placed in our college every year. The average salary package offered is 2.4 LPA and the highest salary is Rs.70,000 per month. Internships are offered for students in the 3rd and final year of the course. Top recruiters are TCS, Infosys, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. The location of the college is also nice. Wi-Fi provided is good on the campus. Department blocks have all the facilities like a seminar hall, laboratories, etc. Library is good and has a lot of books. Classrooms are very good.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are well qualified and helpful. The teaching is good and understandable. The course curriculum is a bit relevant to the field but students need to study hard. The difficulty of semester exams is based on the performance of students.
Other: Our college is in a very good location.

Good college with approachable staffs
Placements: Actually no one got any placement after completing the course this year. Last year 2-3 people got placements. Their package was around 3.2lakhs per annum. Some start up companies and small businesses that did not have much recognition only recruited.
Infrastructure: There is one big library which is common for all the department students. There is no wifi because mobile phones are not allowed inside the campus. There are labs for chemistry, physics and biology but they are not highly infrastructured. Hostel food is okay but not too great. There is a canteen and items are priced reasonably there. There is a sports gallery and health centre is also there.
Faculty: In my department, staffs are very approachable and highly knowledged. They are talented and helpful. Curriculum is also relevant. It will be useful in the future. Exams are basically conducted with Annamalai University. So the difficutly varies, we can not predict that.
Other: I chose this course because I like literature. There will not much cultural events but academic events are held throughout the year in college

Review of A.V.C. College.
Placements: Here, they have a good placement structure and they will guide you and support you. They have a placement cell officer separately for the placement process. The staff will clear all your doubts and they will let you know all the process. There are many top recruiting companies like TCS, Wipro, and HCL.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. It is full of trees and a ventilated surrounding. We have a huge library inside the campus with thousands and thousands of books for each department with an access card for students. There is a canteen for staff and students with an average taste. They have an air-conditioned seminar hall and good labs for all departments.
Faculty: Teachers are very friendly in our department especially. All the teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The pass percentage is 35 marks out of 100. The semester exams are as usual like all colleges. It makes the students industry-ready.
Other: Overall it is a good college. They have all amenities inside.

The college has good faculty and placements.
Placements: Companies like TCS and others from Chennai, Bangalore, and Mumbai come here for placements. Students with good knowledge and skills get placed. They conduct many internship programs for students to improve their personality.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facilities are available in the library. A canteen is available. Medical facilities, a book store, and stationery are available. Emergency kits for girls are available in the staff room. The quality of food, and outdoor sports and games are available. Sports students can improve their skills by playing here.
Faculty: The institute has highly qualified and responsible faculty. In my batch, the pass percentage is 80 to 90%. The best batch ever in my institute was ours. The staff members interact well with students to improve their personality and career development discussions.
Other: This institute conducts many fun events like pre-pongal celebration, student development programs, conferences etc.

Review of A.V.C. College.
Placements: I think from our batch, no one got placements from our college. It was COVID time, so they didn't conduct placement events. But they tried for it. From our super senior batch, more than 20% of students got placed from our college. Wipro, Infosys, Tata, and MRF were some of the top companies recruiting students in our college.
Infrastructure: Hostel fee was so affordable. I lived in their hostel for 2 years. The environment was very good with natural trees, birds, and breeze. There was a big library in the surroundings. Sports events were also conducted and they motivated. In the '90s, T. Rajendran (TR) father of Simbu (STR) studied in our college. He was a great movie director in those days and also some of our college seniors were working as assistant directors.
Faculty: The course curriculum was based on Bharathidasan University, Trichy. It was easy to score marks, but we had to do better practice on what we going to do in the future. Mostly, our college supported extracurricular activities like sports and film knowledge. For that, they were running a magazine called 'Ilanthuthu'. It was very helpful for story and article writers.
Other: It was a secure hostel for women. There was a big gallery hall. Events happened on campus. I missed my hostel day fest.
